“I’m really happy with the frames. Even though It is expensive for me, I adore the frames opposite wall offers. The customer services on the other hand was... ouf! Cheers Reply: the problem was out of the customers service's hands even though I wrote to them 5 minutes after the purchase. Reason: you don't have any other contact with them than the written form and they are definetly not close to your actual office. 2nd issue: they couldn't revise my order because it was packed, not because it was sent... In my opinion you go cheap on customer service, cause you don't care more about sales than about customers. Then again, you care more about money than about earths resources and polution - so much packaging, paper and plastic for two frames... On both of thease, you are quite equal as most of Canada's bussiness, so you're in the norm. We don't have other choise, so no worries for now (just my honest opinion).”
“The frames were beautiful and exactly what I wanted! They were also packaged well, and nothing came damaged. It would have been a 5 star rating if the packing slip (listing the items in the box and their prices) were not taped outside on the box in full view. I live in an apartment building where the package drop-off is out in the open in the lobby, so anyone could see the items that were inside and may be more likely to steal the package (unfortunately we’ve had some package theft in the past). In the future I’d say it’d be better to keep the detailed packing slip taped inside the box so no one can see.”
“Quick shipment and I love how it look. However, they don’t come with consistent quality. I ordered two same frames. One was perfect and the other was not; I won’t get it if I could chose at the store. The edge has a big sprit almost like a needle. Frame was covered with black sand-ish thing, it’s probably from spray for the frame. Inside of frame was not coloured as perfectly. In the end, all these things cannot be noticeable, I don’t want to deal with all return & exchange process, so I decided to keep it.”

“The light oak frame is much darker in person, and it also splinters a bit with handling. On top of that, I had to purchase a photo mat from a separate supplier since the size was out of stock on Opposite Wall. Less than impressed...”
