He is really caring, even sending me a message the next day for aftercare, it was touching. Thanks Dimitris. The whole team has been really nice, friendly, helpful and professional, especially Tanya, she made me feel even more relaxed. The receptionist made me feel very welcoming too. The whole atmosphere was just been great and comfortable.\r\n\r\nThe treatment went really well, I didn\u2019t feel any pain or discomfort at all. "Paid for lifetime aftercare was provided with 12 months of telling me to give the eye time to settle. It didn't, I went blind they didn't help me.\nI lost my job, my sight, my mind. \n\nNHS fixed me almost 6 years later."

"Would not recommend using Optical Express for this surgery.\r\nI had the LASIK surgery which I found traumatic from start to finish.\r\nThe suction cup lost suction twice which was advised by the surgeon \u2018down to a potentially faulty suction cup\u2019 and as a result can bruising of the eye for 3 weeks.\r\nThe bruising was so bad that I had to wear sunglasses when out as I was scaring the kids.\r\nThey advised me at no point that this would potentially happen.\r\nThey also made no mention of the burning flesh smell that I would experience during the laser of the eye.\r\nIf I knew what I would have to go through then I would not of had the surgery.\r\nHaving made Optical Express aware of my experience they provided no explanation and refused to do anything other then apologise my experience was a bad one.\r\nVery unprofessional company."
