“I came in looking for something very specific and the staff were extremely helpful. They wanted what would work best for me not just to sell a product. They also suggested to see a naturopath before coming in as they wanted to make sure I was getting something that would help. Their prices were also quite reasonable, lots of products were on sale!”

“I have shopped at Optimum Health for many years now - both in-store and on-line. The staff at the 109 st location are awesome - give me the help and / or advice I need. Good variety of products and I trust that they are top quality, as I wouldn't expect anything less of John Biggs! I just wish that choosing to stay healthy wasn't SO expensive !!”
