“I remember when Kolya first opened in Edmonton, as I lived close by in the neighbourhood. Each time I return to Edmonton, I'm excited to visit the physical store and be greeted by helpful, knowledgeable staff who endorse natural products. With the pandemic putting travel plans on hold, I'm delighted to experience Kolya's impressive customer care via e-commerce. Every item is carefully wrapped and secured, and I love the local touches with personal notes and/or note cards. I'll always be an Edmontonian, and I'm so happy to support Kolya help me support my own wellness.”

“This was my second order from Kolya Naturals. I am very happy with the service, the items were beautifully wrapped in a reused box with loads of paper shavings. Small details like the invoice being sealed with a wax stamp and tiny samples nestled among the packing material made this delivery a thrill to open. I like that this is a Canadian company and appreciate the selection of items they carry. Thank you”

“We had Civil masks before and we were really happy to find a place to buy them. Thank you for the free soap and lotion samples - haven't tried yet. The packaging was very beautiful but a bit too much filler for masks. I don't mean to be critical but an envelope would suffice.”
