“My purchase came quickly, I bought two foaming soap pumps. I was very happy with them until after 3 days of using the first one it stopped working. I was trying to avoid wasting plastic and now I have extra plastic garbage.”

“I've ordered twice from Kolya (a year apart) and I love opening my package. The little details, like the samples, the inspo quote card and the receipt are so touching. It feels like you guys truly care about the packaging! Both times I've ordered Innersense products because to date, you continue to be the cheapest place that carries them in Canada. I also appreciate how the pumps of the conditioner and shampoo were taped to prevent leaking”

“I ordered the guava bamboo age defying moisturizer and it smells so tropical. So lovely during winter and stuck in Canada during covid. I got some great samples to try of other items as well.”

“I originally ordered from Kolya Naturals because they were the only store online that seemed to have the product I wanted, however, I am so happy I did! I received my product quickly, which was great considering I ordered around Christmas. The packaging was also absolutely beautiful! It was great to receive when I was expecting my product to just be thrown into a box like many other companies. I'm looking forward to supporting this company in the future.”

“Amazing customer service and speedy order processing and shipping! Everything is always packaged so well to ensure all products are intact upon arrival, and the surprises inside are also amazing! “So SO fab. They curate all the best of the best AND their website is organized in such a way that you can pick which products you see by lifestyle goals, etc. The other great thing is that they send you little samplers with your order and so far I've loved mine so much that I actually bought the full size version of one of a tester lotion! They do their best to represent ad many high quality and LOCAL Canadian producers which is why I keep buying through Kolya. LOVE. THEM.”

I love natural products so besides buying them I took some of their DIY beauty Classes and always left feeling confident in the knowledge provided to me. “I purchased the face and eye cream after receiving a few samples. I was so happy!!!! My dry skin usually screams(!!!) with most other creams. However, this cream softened my skin with no negative affects. I have plans to purchase the cleansing cream now. Love your products! Love your service! Thank you.”
