I find the flavours of vanilla and strawberry a bit bland. To overcome this I add flavour essence eg. Vanilla or strawberries and cream essence. If used strictly as directed, you will lose weight. I lost approximately 2-3 kg per week.”

“The product works well, and the bars taste pretty good, but they changed the recipe with no notice on the box, so you think you are buying the delicious same mocha bars but they are totally different. Nowhere near as nice. That's a shame because if you do the most intense level like I do, you don't eat much besides these products, so making them taste worse will make it harder to stick to plan. Other than that I really like Optislim.”
“I've tried all the flavours of the shakes optislim have to offer. I personally prefer the chocolate flavour myself. Would really be good if Optislim had a weightloss program where you could montior for progress through an app of some kind.

“I am happy with the product but not so happy that I cannot start an account with Optislim as every time I try I never get sent my password so I cannot go any further Yes have checked my junk folder and it takes days for someone to respond to any emails that I send you so incapable staff issues.”
