“Nothing personal OptiSlim. No soups and shakes work for me but only because I like to sit at the table and savour my meals. A mug of soup just doesn't cut it. I have even tried pouring in to a bowl and eating with a spoon, but I find the tastes a bit bland. Also most frsutring is - what is 'hot water'. How many minutes does one wait before I can use 'hot water' and not boiling? That's weird. I would like to know why I can't just pour from the kettle. So it's all too hard. BUT - the bars are great!! Loving the bars. I can sit at the table and take tiny bites and feel like I have spent some time over a meal. They also all taste really nice. Everything coated in chocolate tastes good to me. LOL.”
“Great product. I've only used the shakes. I use a Ninja Blender, if you run it long enough you can make a mousse or a very filling drink. I use 1 cup of water with 5 to 6 ice cubes you get 2 large glasses full. Buy direct from Optislim. I order 3 boxes and the 4 box is free and you pay no delivery fees. Even when Chemist Warehous has it on special, they are more expense. The 3 plus 1 boxes work out to $30 a box. in 7 days I've lost 5kgs and hubby 2.5kgs.”
