“I need to loose 75kg and at first it was a kg and followed that trend even over Christmas. But it seems to be going the wrong direction and I put on 1.5 kg I thought I was going well, but obviously I'm need to change a few things. I shake twice a day but it doesn't seem to be falling out. Oh! I meant I drink two shake a day. But it is early days and I am in this for the long haul and for the sake of my knees.”
“I really like the soups and Healthy Option meals. However I ordered the coffee shake and found it too strong with artificial sweetener. It tastes more like caramel than coffee. Some years back Optislim coffee shake was different, more like coffee and not so sweet. I am not a sweet tooth and would prefer more savoury options such as soups and meals. The shakes are way too sweet for me.”
