I find the flavours of vanilla and strawberry a bit bland. To overcome this I add flavour essence eg. Vanilla or strawberries and cream essence. If used strictly as directed, you will lose weight. I lost approximately 2-3 kg per week.”

“The product works well, and the bars taste pretty good, but they changed the recipe with no notice on the box, so you think you are buying the delicious same mocha bars but they are totally different. Nowhere near as nice. That's a shame because if you do the most intense level like I do, you don't eat much besides these products, so making them taste worse will make it harder to stick to plan. Other than that I really like Optislim.”
“I've tried all the flavours of the shakes optislim have to offer. I personally prefer the chocolate flavour myself. Would really be good if Optislim had a weightloss program where you could montior for progress through an app of some kind.

“I am happy with the product but not so happy that I cannot start an account with Optislim as every time I try I never get sent my password so I cannot go any further Yes have checked my junk folder and it takes days for someone to respond to any emails that I send you so incapable staff issues.”

“I love the optislim platinum shakes, they taste really nice and I enjoy them. While waiting for them to arrive I made the mistake of buying another brand and it was the grossest thing ever. “It's unfortunate that what is marketed as "vanilla" flavor doesn't taste of vanilla & all the Optislim vanillas are so different. Manshake is quite edible but vanilla it is not, but not too sweet. Platinum vlcd is a little too sweet more like a regular milkshake. Optislim vlcd is probably the best as the sweetness is in the middle of the others and the vanilla flavor is quite good. French vanilla is OK but again slightly too sweet but a more decadent flavor.”

“I find this the best out of all protein shakes. Like the vanilla and Expresso shakes. The vanilla you can add fruit to make a smoothie. Really like the soups. Not sure on the cookies. Choc mint shake can be made into protein balls that are really good.”
