“Great products to use as part of a keto diet, I have lost 6kg in 3 weeks without feeling hungry or tired. Well balanced nutritionally, perhaps you could extend the range to make more keto orientated (read later for soups). Soups need reworking to lower their carbs and improve the poor taste, and stodgy flavour. Shakes are really great apart from strawberry which I hated and the banana flavour tasted more like the isoamyl acetate ester flavouring which is used in many products. Hopefully the bars will soon have more non-chocolate varieties. Overall, probably the best and most reasonably priced products i have found and they are working.”
