“I really like the soups and Healthy Option meals. However I ordered the coffee shake and found it too strong with artificial sweetener. It tastes more like caramel than coffee. Some years back Optislim coffee shake was different, more like coffee and not so sweet. I am not a sweet tooth and would prefer more savoury options such as soups and meals. The shakes are way too sweet for me.”
“9 weeks ago, I went to see the Dr for a 3monthly review as I've had serious health issues for the past 6 years. My body was shutting down, liver kidney and lungs were not happy and my BP was extremely high.I even popped a varicose vein. I was told to lose at least 12kgs for my body to start to recover.
