“So far my experience is horrible. I never received the contact lenses. I was told they were delivered on Oct 13 yet It didn’t happen. I was given the name of the person who signed for them but I have no idea who that person is and this company said sorry. I live in an apartment building. I gave the apartment number when made the order along with the address. I sent a message and am waiting for a reply. There doesn’t seem to be phone number.
I was able to contact the company. They were kind enough to send a new box which I received yesterday. Very prompt and professional.”
