“Correspondence is terrible for the customer. I have been asking for a copy of my recipe for tax purposes and still nothing. Guess I’ll find another company to deal with”
“The website was easy to navigate, good range of products with prices similar to others. The only thing is I recommend you modify your check-out process to show the total price, including taxes BEFORE you click submit order. I saw the total price and assumed it was final and either already included taxes or there were no taxes on eye products. You can imagine my surprise that after I submitted the order, the total amount came up higher because of the taxes which were NOT shown before submitting the order. You should allow customers to REVIEW the full order with all taxes added BEFORE submitting. I'm asking this because I did a comparison of your prices with other sellers and yours came up far cheaper, but with the taxes added, there was only a $10 difference between you and other sellers, which is still good, however, transparency is important”
“I ordered my Alcon contact lens easily on the Optiview site. I expected delivery in 5 to 10 days. Unfortunately, I did not receive the new lens after 10 days and contacted customer service and promptly received an email reply with tracking information and was informed that I would get my order through Alcon. My prescription is unusual and perhaps delayed the receipt of the order, however, I received the order just two days later. A bit slow but customer service was great, they followed up and I received the order promptly thereafter. In addition, Optiview had very good pricing!! Thanks”
