The product is wonderful. I have been a repeat customer and will continue to purchase the dried figs. What concerns me is the packaging of my last order of figs. The last order was loosely packaged and my dozen containers of figs were scattered in the box. No visible damage to the box but the figs definitely had a rough ride. Should in the future there be a problem with containers bursting inside the box, I do not want the hassle of returning the order and dealing with that mess!

An email reporting missed items was promptly addressed and with excellent followup. Replacement was timely and customer service was excellent. I recommend ORGANIKthings for online shopping. J. Smith

Just to be clear, I love the product. I had ordered 2 boxes (10 pkgs in each box) of Dried Snack Aloe Vero and Mango - alo Brand. They had a clearly stamped expiration date of 2 months earlier - on the boxes, as well as the individual pkgs. I had purchased these to put in gift baskets, I was distributing. After I started giving the gift baskets out, I was notified by 2 recipients of the outdated snacks. I emailed the company requesting fresher pkgs; however they had none. I was willing to wait for them to be delivered. They informed me they had none in stock. They did issue a refund. (I would have rather received replacements.) The customer service was excellent; however Quality Control is lacking. I will order again when they become available.

The 6 Breathe bathroom cleaners I ordered came in a timely manner. However I think the packaging could have been better. The box arrived wet and when I opened the box, one of the canisters was empty. I would still order again but would ask customer service to make sure the packaging was adequate the next time.

First time ordering from Organikthings. Rec'd a notice from Organikthings telling me my shipment was sent and I was provided a tracking number. After checking UPS for several days and being told that no such tracking number existed, I thought Organikthi gs must be a fraudulent business and my payment for this product was long gone by now. I contacted PayPal because I was unable to reach ORGANIKthings after many attempts. Two days after I involved PayPal, I got an email notifying me that UPS now is in possession of my package in their CA shipping center. After almost a week, I rec'd another notification that UPS was handing my package off to the USPS. It also showed my item to be expected to be delivered the next day. Low and behold...USPS never delivered my package but I rec'd notification that it was delivered to my mailbox. I went to my mailbox and NO package was in my mailbox! I called the 800 number for the USPS and found out the website address to report a missing package so I reported it missing. Several days later, on SUNDAY, my package turned up inside my mailbox. I haven't a clue how it go there or if the USPS or a neighbor may have put it in my mailbox had it been delivered to the wrong address. Needless to say, buying from Organikthings was a very stressful venture to say the least!!! I hope this is not the norm when purchasing thru Organikthings. It was one big stressful clusterfudge.

The product is great and the shipping was quick however they shipped in a box three times bigger than necessary wasting packaging materials and costing me more in forwarding costs !!!

This is the second time I have ordered a product and a different one from the same company was sent. When I called they said the one I ordered was no longer available. Both were shown as available on the site. I ordered the one I did because the ingredients were better for me.. also the expiration date was 6 months away.....I had a choice of 20% off and keep it or send it back.. I sent it back.

great pricing not so great shipping. site says the ship in 1-3 days. mine was 5days UPS + 7 days shipping time. if you are used to amazon prime stay with them.

Here is the history of my order. Order placed with and confirmed by organikthings.com Friday 10/21/2022. 2-5 business-day shipping promised. Monday 10/24, the next business day, charge posted to credit card. 10/27 email sent to cancel order. Email is the only contact mechanism provided by seller. Form letter received same day. No real info provided. Refund requested by reply email 10/27. Refund requested again 10/29 and again 11/1. Same form letter response on 11/1. I did a whois to find out where the site is hosted so that I could track down the owner. Whois supplied the info including hosting service in Florida. I contacted them and they replied on 11/2 that the hosting info is false and that the site is actually behind a reverse proxy server run by Cloudflare. This alarmed me. So, I initiated a dispute with my credit card and also requested the true info from Cloudflare. At no time has the status page at organikthings indicated that the items I ordered have been shipped. You may wish to consider whether you want to do business with this site. I wish I had read the other reviews here before ordering merchandise from organikthings.com.

I was happy with some of the products I received, but, unfortunately, I received two packages of a liniment instead of two bags of shelled hemp hearts, and I have been unable to receive a reply to multiple email and text messages about the problem which I sent up to two weeks ago. Calling the phone number doesn't allow connection with anyone, either; so I will be using a different source for that product in the future. Also, there was some fragrance in the Natracare pads which are supposed to be perfume-free, so I will be searching for another source for those, as well. I haven't gotten around to using the other products yet.

I am very happy with the product but 3 of the jam jars I ordered arrived cracked and the first time I reached out to the company, they never responded. The second time, they responded, once I threatened to retract my payment, but they never followed up with me. They said they are having issues with their email so I will give them one more shot otherwise I would not use this company.

Bought items and got email on May 12 stating it was on it's way. Said 5-15 business days (latest June 3rd) On June 1st I realized something wasn't right as it was going out by UPS...and they get it done. UPS tracking didn't recognize the number. So I emailed company (couldn't get a person or leave a message) and got back an auto email stating "good news, your order has been shipped". So in actuality it was never shipped May 12. So their solution to the problem of it being 3 weeks before it was really shipped, was not to expedite it to me faster, but send it the original way and have me wait again. I get it. The pandemic makes it tough and they are probably busy little worker bees trying to keep up. But what they needed to do was admit the mistake and get it to me fast. Not send me an auto email about it being shipped that day. There is time for automation and there's time for customer service. They just lost a customer.

HORRIBLE!!! SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! Placed order 1/14/23 Received automated email order would ship in 2-5 business days. Money taken out of my account on 1/17/23 ($53.27). Still have not received product. No updates have been sent by company. Sent email directly to them. No reply. Completed online “contact us” form on 2/2/23 received automated email, but no reply. Called “customer service” number posted on their website but couldn’t get through to anyone. Submitted BBB complaint.

I ordered the item in august in September I was on auto delivery. I tried 3 times to send email and tried to call several times to cancel order and get taken off auto delivery. Never got a response from anyone. I did receive the auto shipment and had to send it back. I’d like someone to contact me pbh4 @fuse.net to let me know all is taken care of

My experience thus far has been horrible! They sent me the wrong product, I followed the instructions and sent them a picture of my order and the wrong product received and I have yet to hear a response after sending yet another email explaining the problem. It has been over a month, and still no response!
