“HORRIBLE!!! SCAM!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! Placed order 1/14/23 Received automated email order would ship in 2-5 business days. Money taken out of my account on 1/17/23 ($53.27). Still have not received product. No updates have been sent by company. Sent email directly to them. No reply. Completed online “contact us” form on 2/2/23 received automated email, but no reply. Called “customer service” number posted on their website but couldn’t get through to anyone. Submitted BBB complaint.”

“I ordered the item in august in September I was on auto delivery. I tried 3 times to send email and tried to call several times to cancel order and get taken off auto delivery. Never got a response from anyone. I did receive the auto shipment and had to send it back. I’d like someone to contact me pbh4 @fuse.net to let me know all is taken care of”

“My experience thus far has been horrible! They sent me the wrong product, I followed the instructions and sent them a picture of my order and the wrong product received and I have yet to hear a response after sending yet another email explaining the problem. It has been over a month, and still no response!”

“Two times I was sent the wrong item. I sent them photographs and emails - however, Organikthings never did respond. I am very dissatisfied. I will never order from Organikthings again - and I want my money refunded.”

“Order received 2 weeks later than projected. I emailed company 2 times with concerns and never received a response. Very poor customer service that indicates the company does not care about customers.”

“Do Not Shop on this Website!!!! My order was ruined when I received it. I reported the issue weeks ago and have received no response. I will never do business with these people again.”

“Applesauce was great. But I ordered 2 cases and received was a package one good case, and 3 heavily soiled jars packed alongside the good case, not in a condition fit for consumption, not a second case. Would not have been a problem, but multiple emails to Organikthings have gone unanswered.”

“This is the worst experience I've ever had with an online retailer. I still have an unresolved issue with an incorrect shipment. I have tried to contact them several times, filed a complaint with PayPal and still have not received a response from ORGANTICthings. I'm sure nobody will see this review since they are just looking for positive reviews. Once this issue is resolved I will NEVER do business with ORGANTICthings again!”

“Very Bad, I have been trying to get customer support for almost a month now. They do not have customer support. If you need customer support forget about it. See images below of damaged goods. I'm waiting for someone to reach back out.”

“I did not receive what I ordered. Instead of kale chips I received grain free puffs. The package was damaged. My serenity kids answered my call and helped me on their side of the problem. I received no call backs from ORGANIKthings and am out seventy-five dollars plus.”

“I never got my order. I did get someone else’s that I had to dispose of, but first I had to take photos of the incorrect order to prove I got it. By the time it was figured out my items were no longer available.”

“Experience has been horrible. Evidently the item was damaged by UPS when it arrived at my local terminal and was returned to sender and is sitting in Maspeth, NY. I have called, emailed, and texted Organikthings and cannot get any response or help in any form. Their system is totally automated and I am beginning to believe they are scamming me.”

“I ordered 6 bottles of live clean shampoo/ body wash combo and only received 4 bottles in my package. I have since tried to correct my order for over 2 weeks now with no resolution. I have sent 2 emails, left a voice message, and also sent a Facebook message to this company and still haven’t been contacted back from anyone to assist me in sending the 2 missing bottles I have been charged for. This company appears to have very poor communication, and makes it impossible to speak to anyone if you have an issue with your order. If I am not contacted by someone from this company within the week to fix my incorrect order, I plan to report this company to my credit card company for fraud.”

“The individual packaging of the products I ordered was completely demolished (boxes torn along the entire seam, one obviously previously opened), and were packaged neatly in paper in the box containing my shipment. While I am happy it was not just thrown in the garbage, the information on the page did not reflect this is what I would be getting, nor did the price of the items. I reached out for a return or exchange over a month ago and still have not received a reply. Took a chance on this site but it turned out to be a scam.”

“I received a damaged package (broken bottles) and expected a refund. I have not heard from customer service after filing the complaint for 3 weeks. This is not a very good shopping experience for the first-time buyer. Overall the products are good. Poor packaging is a big issue for mail orders. I will not recommend ordering Lucini Olive Oil/ Vinegar from ORGANIKthings.”

“I am still trying to get them to send an order that I placed well over a month ago. It took them 3 weeks to send only part of my order, and the rest still hasn't been shipped. Customer service doesn't do much. Definitely avoid this company.”

“I placed my 1st order with this company in January. It’s now March & only 1/2 of my order arrived. No shipping/tracking notification was sent, so it appears it was never shipped. I’ve emailed but never get a response. I tried to contact by phone, but it’s impossible to reach a human. Texted as their message said to do, still no response. I now have to go through my credit card co to get a refund. Save yourself headaches & avoid this company.”

“3 weeks after they took my payment, I have not heard from them. They have not responded to email and do not answer the phone. Their initial email response does not contain an order number. It seems to me they are a fraud.”
