“So happy with the warranty service. sent a warranty form from their website with details. Had a response within hours and a replacement unit sent out the same day which arrived within a few days. Thank you so much for the fantastic customer service.”

“I phoned for help, my call was answered quickly by a knowledgeable pleasant lady who was able to solve my problem straight away, she wouldn’t let me go until I had my unit working. Most impressed.”

“I called one day, asked for advice on a UHF that was not performing as expected. Bobby-Beth suggested a factory reset which then had her decipher the best solution which was to send me a new one which arrived about 3 days later. Boom!! Great customer service. Thank you.”

“Being a regular traveller to the TOP End over the last 40 years one thing has become apparent....ability to communicate when out in the middle of nowhere is paramount if needed. I have used quite a few devices over my time.....the most reliable and affordable units I've come across, especially in the last 15 - 20 years are the Oricom ones. They simply have never let me down. I've been in some way out places but always have been able to get contact whenever I needed it. I couldn't recommend Oricom gear any higher...definitely my go to now and into the future! Thanks Oricom”

“My Oricom walkie talkies arrived quickly excellent service and they are just what I needed. I love the fact that I can carry thriple A batteries with me as spares. as often way out bush with no way to re charge the rechargeable batteries that came with them. They also seem to have a very good range, but when out bush later they will certainly come in handy to keep in contact with my hunting mate”

“The phone call to Oricom was answered within moments of dialing. The my enquiry was dealt with professionally and very quickly. Recieved a replacement baby monitor the next day. In summary my problem was fixed with a minimum of fuss. Because of this great after sales experience I will return to the Oricom brand when next I have need for any of their products.”
