“When I called and explained the issue with the microphone the customer service person was so helpful and wanted to ship me a replacement to me in far north QLD but I deferred the offer till I returned home to NSW. The team were fantastic.”

“Problem with TPMS on recent long trip. Rang oricom. Phone answered promptly. Staff went patiently through my problems. I forwarded my original invoice as well as a photo showing multiple sensors failing. With 30 minutes return call saying new item will be sent. Has arrived and perfect. Response from oricom staff IMO was excellent. Would happily recommend to anyone.”

“Had a faulty camera and live in NZ. Called the Australian support team and they organized a new camera head and courier bag to send back faulty one with Baby First in Nz within 2 days! Sooo easy! Super helpful support team! Thank you!”

“I have purchased an Oricom TPS10-6E tyre pressure monitoring system. The unit works very well and has twice been of benefit whilst travelling. I had left the caravan hand brake on, and the temperature function picked up rising tyre temp on the van, and I stopped to find the cause. I'd been interupted coupling the car and van. Second time, with a quickly deflating tyre, I was able to chose a safe place to change wheels instead of on a main road in heavy traffic. I had a sensor problem recently and Oricom quickly replaced it, even with the unit being installed over 12 months ago. Thank you, Oricom, great customer service”
