“Purchased Oricom Trade Bundle Pack: DTXTP600 from Amazon. One of the batteries was faulty. Amazon wanted the full product returned so I called Oricom directly instead. Love an Australian based company! Received outstanding service from Janet at customer support. Received a new battery in the mail two days later!!”

“Recently purchased a DTX4200 unit, which is a great beginner unit, the unit is simple to use and install. Primarily for use when towing the van, the unit has been great for communicating with Truckies on journeys and for easy vehicle passing. I would recommend this product if you're looking for an easy use 2way.”

“A company who stands by their products and if there are issues, rectify it immediately. I had an issue with my monitor not staying on, they called me a number of times for help. On calling their number for advice they were quick to run me through troubleshooting. Once we got to the issue on the phone they confirmed they would send out a replacement and received it within 2 days. It’s a breath of fresh air to have a company who strive on great service and don’t make excuses for faulty products and instead rectify it ASAP. Great after sales service with Sam helping me. Thank you, very impressed.”
