“My antenna was damaged and I lodged a warranty claim. I was contacted by Daniel at Oricom and sent him some additional information and photos. He immediately responded and approved the warranty claim and arranged for a replacement. Excellent customer w”

“Amazing service from oricom, my first time using the service, i was spoken to by janet salama who was fantastic in assisting me with my issue. She told me how to reset my device that was not working and ordered me a new one express post, the service was outstanding, she was patient with me in trying to reset it and went above and beyond in helping me get a new device ! i had a great customer service experience.”

“My Oricom tyre pressure monitor provided essential information for remote 4WD travel. Being alerted to a drop in tyre pressure enables me to come to a stop before the tyre is fully deflated and damaged by the wheel rim. This confidence enables me to travel in one spare and avoid the additonal 40kg wieght of a second spare.”

“Just Wow! I cannot believe the service! We boiught our UHF at least two years ago. I could not find the reciept so I was initially worried. I sent an email via website and got a phone call from a service tech within minutes!! Daniel from customer support talked me through some troubleshooting but within moments determined the unit to be faulty. I supplied the serial number off the unit and two days later I recieved a brand-new, latest model in the mail, free of charge!!! I will never shop any other brand as long as I live, what service. Thanks Daniel and thanks Oricom”

“Janet and Bobby from Oricom support in Sydney are just the best.i had more instructions over the phone wifh Janet and he patience with an inpatient 80 year old was outstanding. One of the monitors wasn't working on the 8th November and a replacement arrived today 12 11 24.top work!!!! I'm hoping everything with th e tyre pressure monitoring systems works when I replace the faulty one tomorrow”
