“I was lucky enough to get through to the most helpful and polite staff member, Janet. I love my Oricom baby monitor it truly is the best brand of monitors, I have tried many throughout the years and nothing compares! I had a minor issue with my current monitor and it was quickly fixed by the amazing Janet! Great customer service should always be appreciated and I look forward to buying more Oricom products in the near future. Thank you Janet and Oricom”

“Had a problem with a UHF395, was an easy process to have the unit verified as faulty and was replaced quickly. Unit had a 5yr warranty from Supercheap Auto and the unit was 4yo. Very helpful person in the call centre. Blessings J”

“We just completed 14 days in the outback with Dingo Trax tag along tour. Driving over the roughest roads in Australia. Our Oricom did not skip a beat. Always super clear and clean comunitations between cars. Whether traveling just behind each other in a convey or spread out over many kilometers. 5 star performance ORICOM. You will get to watch our trip on Rides Down Under Workshop Wars - 7 Mate 2nd week of December 2024”

“I had a problem with my oricom UHF transceiver and the company sent out a new replacement and asked I return the old unit. Their service was exceptional and I would not hesitate to buy an Oricom product again.”
