“2 issues I had with this website that I can't accept!
-sign me up on reward program without acknowledge! $14.95 a month and we have no idea who is charging on the statement.
-I have called for confirmation on expire date and they told me they never sell expired stuff but product came which is expired.
This website is horrible! Stop buying!”
“Trouble with my first order right from the start. Then, I get an email from them saying that tax on the order had not been paid and that more funds would be taken out of my account. The tax, however, had been paid., 3 calls to customer service. My concerns were NOT answered, the reps were extremely rude and uncaring and I was hung up on for asking to be reassured that no more money would be taken out of my account!! Disgraceful to say the least and totally unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Oh and the products lacked any kind of quality and not worth what I paid for them. Wish I could rate minus stars. the reps would not answer my question and disconnected.”
“Ordered some beach balls and a couple of other things, everything went well until a month later when I found out they signed me up for a fun rewards. Have no idea what it was. At first I found it taken out of my account I headed to bank, it was pending so they could not cancel it but gave me a new card. The money came out next business day. I git a hold of oriental trading canceled the rewards program and now they claim money was not taken out for rewards as I changed my account number, so they will not issue me a refund.
Really sad that they feel the need to scam people, always liked this company for bulk items for the kids I worke with. No more, I don’t feel I can trust them now.”
“I ordered a Word Search game from Mindware at at cost of $34.95. After I received it, I saw the same game on Amazon on sale for $17.99, regular price $24.99. I called customer relations to claim the 110% low price guarantee you advertise. The clerk told me that they would not match the sale price. Therefore, I asked her to match the regular price. The clerk told me the item did not qualify for the match. Your website did not state that the match only applied to certain items. Very bad customer service.”
“Bought an item as a Birthday Gift. It was never sent, and found out 13.5 months later when Oriental Trading was doing an internal audit. They proceeded to say a refund could not be processed to anything but the old credit card, which was now no longer valid. So of no help to me. The customer center is very responsive and polite but can't resolve issues outside of their mandate. Go to Amazon, don't waste your time.”
“They won’t send you what you order and then when you contact them you will get a bs response saying the item was sent and when I said no it was not they basically call you a liar and now I said just forget it because I am tired of their bs so don’t order from them fair warning ⚠️”
“I placed an order. I paid $37.00 for overnight shipping. By 7 pm when I did not receive my package, OT stated the items I ordered could NOT ship overnight. Funny how I didn’t get an email stating it would not arrive overnight. I will NEVER order from this company again!!!!!!”
