“Ordered 10 sample packs. Was over charged on postage. They refunded partially. Then they edited my order to only one sample pack.
Keep in mind, there were no terms, conditions or fine print. My order was not completed as per the agreed transaction so could be considered fraudulent.
My son also ordered a sample pack. Yet to be received.
One of the best jerkys in Aus. Needs to trim more fat off it though. Those bits get stuck between your teeth and are gross.”

“Bought a kilo was not impressed, very bland meat flavour completely washed out and about the only flavour I got was a dried vegetable protein type of taste. No rich tangy barbeque flavour as described. Very disappointed, Sorry but worst jerky I think I may have ever had.”

“I have tasted lots of brands & this would have to be the worst so far. Jerky is way to hard , it’s like trying to eat a rock. I tried to flavours & didn’t like either. They actually lacked flavour. I would never buy again & was very disappointed considering I was looking forward to trying them”
“Im not giving 1 star because the product isnt good I have yet to try it I placed my order 2 months ago after 3 weeks I contacted your company to see if my product had been shipped. 4 days later i received an email indicating that I needed to add a phone number. If thatr info was so important to shipping why did you not let me know right away ? that could have been part of the shipping process by not allowing me to place the order until the form was complete. it was shipped on the 18th of December and now all flights are suspended to the states for 2 months or longer. Im aware that covid 19 is not your fault however I dont see the point of holding up a shipment without a phone number and waiting for me to contact you before acting on it.”
“Sorry Rob but my order was very bland with no flavour at all. Guessing some orders might of got rushed with Xmas but definitely not beef chief standard this time.
Every other time 10 out of 10 by far the best jerky on the marked.

“Unfortunate that the customer service experience was so poor, as the product itself once it finally arrived was alright. Regardless of postage delays, our order took almost a week to be shipped, this processing time should be outlined on the website or in the order confirmation email that is sent. All communication was ignored until after the product finally arrived 9 days later. Even then, the reply received wasn’t one that would encourage me to recommend or repeat purchase from this company. Less than pleasant experience overall for a product that didn’t wow us.”
