“Arrived later then it should have, even with the 2 week delay. I’m a giant jerky fan, I’ve tried more jerky places then I can count and honestly, this is the worst jerky I’ve had. I tried 4 of the flavour and the only one we were even willing to eat was the pepper. The textures were horrible, the flavour was so dull we could barely taste them and the after mouth feel was appalling. I honestly want my money back because out of 5 people the only one who wants the jerky is my dog.”
“I understand the Covid-19 packaging situation. However the sad black nuggets that were in the packaging are unacceptable. Some of the packets were split open on arrival. Tasted horrible as cut overly thick, over done. Perhaps I received the dregs or a bad batch but can not in good conscience recommend you to anyone.
Had some homemade Venison jerky today and it made yours look like dog treats.”

“I didn't get a tracking number for weeks and weeks and when the jerky finally came they were in a lost of individual packets instead of the ones shown on the website. I also contacted a member from beef chief jerky about some of the packets already being open due to poor heat sealing. The team member didn't believe me and asked for proof and when I provided proof he ghosted me and I haven't got an email in 2 weeks. P.s the jerky isn't that tasty”
