“I have tasted lots of brands & this would have to be the worst so far. Jerky is way to hard , it’s like trying to eat a rock. I tried to flavours & didn’t like either. They actually lacked flavour. I would never buy again & was very disappointed considering I was looking forward to trying them”
“Im not giving 1 star because the product isnt good I have yet to try it I placed my order 2 months ago after 3 weeks I contacted your company to see if my product had been shipped. 4 days later i received an email indicating that I needed to add a phone number. If thatr info was so important to shipping why did you not let me know right away ? that could have been part of the shipping process by not allowing me to place the order until the form was complete. it was shipped on the 18th of December and now all flights are suspended to the states for 2 months or longer. Im aware that covid 19 is not your fault however I dont see the point of holding up a shipment without a phone number and waiting for me to contact you before acting on it.”
“Sorry Rob but my order was very bland with no flavour at all. Guessing some orders might of got rushed with Xmas but definitely not beef chief standard this time.
Every other time 10 out of 10 by far the best jerky on the marked.
I will buy again hoping issues will be fixed”
“Unfortunate that the customer service experience was so poor, as the product itself once it finally arrived was alright. Regardless of postage delays, our order took almost a week to be shipped, this processing time should be outlined on the website or in the order confirmation email that is sent. All communication was ignored until after the product finally arrived 9 days later. Even then, the reply received wasn’t one that would encourage me to recommend or repeat purchase from this company. Less than pleasant experience overall for a product that didn’t wow us.”
“My order didn't arrive for over a month. I chased it up to find out it was never sent. I was told it was sent but several weeks later I'm yet to receive it.”

“The new Honey Soy Drizzle is terrible it’s to soft taste uncooked and also is the Smokey BBQ it’s also just as bad I really have no idea what process you’ve changed but I regret getting a 2nd load of jerky”
“Yet to receive anything after a month of waiting it was dispatched weeks after the order even though the website stated it would be shipped in 7 days.
So far could not recommend this company not would I suggest asking for a review before you complete delivery of a service”
“Hi Original Beef Chief,
When i ordered your jerkey i expected finest quality and great tasting jerkey however i was very dissapointed. I purchased your Honey Soy Drizzle Jerkey and was appaled by the product i recieved. The description states that my fingers would be 'sticky' as I consumed the deliciuosly marinated beef however the jerkey i recieved was hard, tasteless, dry and very chewy, not at all to my standards. I love jerkey and have tried making it myslef and i found that the recipe i used was far better then what i was supplied with. I hope that you can fix you jerkey because i am sure that hundreds of other were also left unsatisfied. Not to mention the 2 month waith that i anticipated the delicious jerkey for.
I have been let down.”
