“Internet works fine until it doesn't then you're left to navigate the very limited information origin has available. Operating hours are 8am to 6pm. Good luck to you if your internet drops out, outside those times”
“Have fibre to the house new estate yet Origin Broad band is very slow and frequently drops out requiring daily modem resets. Also they failed to keep my 12mth bundle discount after changing addresses just 3 months into my contract which seems to hard to rectify. Looking at changing B/Band providers.”

They're charging $6 extra off me for the same plan since then, still wanna claimed they are giving me loyalty offers after I called and asked. “Purchased and paid upfront for an 18 month 67mb Origin Max & Line Rental fibre contract with Origin. All went smooth and was very happy up until month 16 when they decided to charge me £184.99 for a new Origin Fibre & Line Rental 35mb despite the fact I am still on the 18 month one.
I subsequently contacted Origin customer services to dispute this and was told that they would refund the £184.99 within 30 days. Yes you guessed it ... 30 days later I'm still waiting and have now had to threaten them with legal action in order to get my money back.”
