"Terrible service, every month at least 3 days no service for Origin opticom service, Origin service blames Opticom and Opticom rudely says contact Origin as you pay them. No one knows who can fix it paying about $100 each month.\r\nChanging to 4 G and ripping of their contract at least 4g is reliable ."

"So i started using origin broadband since 2 months, ever since i have been experiencing very bad signal. A technician has came to check the issue and he found a problem in our area connections.. so today i called the customer service to check the issue again, he was not helpful at all, saying that because the router is in the garage the signal is bad.. so i explained that even in the garage there is no internet connection. Then he refused to send anyone to check it.. when I asked to cancel the subscription he was like \u201c110%, do you want to cancel it tonight?\u201d \u2026 what a good service!!"

"After months of being charged despite ending service and using another provider, they sent me someone else's invoice!! It showed they'd done the same overcharge to the other customer too!!!\r\nSERIOUS DATA BREACH!!! THATS A COMPANY CLOSER!\r\nHappened around same time as receiving these Migration emails...."
