“I ordered a bed for my Toy Poodle. Unfortunately it was a little small. I contacted Ormskirk who were very quick to respond and my refund is being processed. I reordered a larger size and already it has been shipped. Even included a free gift of choice. Very swift and courteous. My refund will be processed shortly. Highly recommend.”
