“Worst experience I have ever had with an online retailer, I ordered a William Morris Dog bed, which they took the payment for & then it took 6weeks for the actual item to be delivered to me, constantly chasing for an update on the item being back in stock & when I asked about what they were prepared to offer as a goodwill gesture for the huge inconvenience, they suggested dog treats on my NEXT order!! I would not recommend this retailer at all.”

“It is my go to place for food and treats for my two Yorkies. I like the fact that there is a large range to choose from,as I like well known brands at a discount.The parcels always arrive on time and well packed which is great for me as I cannot get out to bring heavy dog food home.Thank you.”

“A lovely firm to deal with, they are reliable, quick delivery and excellent prices and my dog sulks if there are no pigs in blankets or chicken fillets here for him, he loves them so I always make sure I don't run out, they are a great company to buy from.”
