“Ordered some unfashionable, and therefore becoming harder to get, rawhide chews. They were delivered quickly with good communication about the whole process and were also pretty good quality/thickness which is becoming rare with these chews. Dog happy, me happy and I'll keep an eye out for more supplies from Ormskirk Pets.”

“Had a few issues through lack of communication and the order being delayed through stock levels. I've emailed chasing the order with prompt response and the deliveries being split and sent immediately however over 2 weeks on and still waiting for the final part to arrive. I'm sure if you are in no hurry this works but when you are ordering and paying for delivery due to food at home running low this is frustrating and problematic.”
