“Web site is easy to browse and place an order. The whole process wasn't without problems there was a bit of a glitch with the items that didn't arrive in the expected time frame but the customer service here was excellent. I emailed a query and heard back very quickly with explanation and a suitable resolution. The goods when they arrived were perfectly as described. I deliberated about the rating but decided on 5 after all things don't always go to plan but Omskirk Pets were very good at getting things delivered as soon as they could. Also will mention their prices are very competitive. Will definitely use them again.”
