“I regularly order treats for my dogs from Ormskirk Pets because the prices are often better than elsewhere, and delivery is always quick. The product range is great and generally reliable. However, customer service is disappointing – emails often go unanswered or get a delayed response. One of my subscription items became unavailable, and I never received a proper reply about it. Great for prices and fast shipping, but not ideal if you need responsive support.”
