“Normally never have an issue with ordering or delivery but some of my items were out of stock so delivery was later than expected, contacting the team was easy and the response was really quick. Very professional and dealt with any concerns I had instantly. Shipped my order next day when items back in stock so I wasn’t waiting any longer. Very pleased with the company and I have two very happy dogs!”
