“I have a subscription with you and I must say although I can’t delay the orders it would be helpful to be able to set an actual date for delivery and I’ve just had a delivery and within a week I received an email saying my next delivery was due. Surely this must be something that can be addressed.”

“There was a problem in being able to dispatch this order. However, Ormskirk were great at keeping in touch with me and as soon as they could, they sent it out by express delivery. Great customer service and it was worth the wait.”
