“Currently talking to Oli now, they where waiting on parts from M7 but as my car is currently non functional though I would ask the expected time frame. After a few back and forth messages Oli has kindly let me swap for a part that's in stock and ready to be shipped, honestly such a quick reply and great customer service”

“I've used Orranje on a number of occasions and Oli never fails to impress. Firstly I don't know how he does it but he clearly has a direct link to the local postal service as his delivery times are just amazing. Secondly his customer service is second to none. Replies quickly and efficiently to E-Mails and is always willing to give advice on any of the products he sells. The products he sells are all of the highest quality and I will 100% be buying from him again and again.”

“Bought the G-Wing Lite for my R56. Everything was packaged nicely except for the small pieces. The screws and washers fell out of the bag but all of them were still in the box. 3/4 holes in the side wall brackets were of normal size but one hole was too big, had to put a bolt on the last hole to fit a screw in. I received 1 correct size screw but 3 incorrect ones, had to buy those too. In the description, it says that you can buy spoiler hole blanks to cover up the holes. I purchased them and they are much too small to cover anything but my eyes. It looks great though, was quite the adventure to put on.”

Hi Eric, Sorry to hear that the small items had fallen out of the bag. This is a very rare occurrence, but nevertheless we understand this is annoying. We will look at changing the zip lock bags to heat sealed bags in future. In regards to the wrong bolts, unfortunately it has recently come to light that our supplier seems to have included a handful of wrong bolts in our box of thousands of correct bolts. We thought we had caught them all, but it seems that one or two fitting kits went out with the wrong bolts, and I'm sorry your kit includes them - other customers have contacted us about this, and replacement bolts shipped to them straight away. Had you contacted us about this, we would have been happy to do the same, or part refund you for your time and effort in sourcing locally. For the side wall brackets, I'm not sure what you mean about one hole being wrong. They are all laser cut, so all holes are the same and correct size. Is it because of the bolt issue above? Again, had you contacted us prior to this review, we would have done everything we could to solve the issue for you, as we want all our customers to be 100% happy with all Orranje products. As noted on the product description, the spoiler hole blanks are only suitable for the R50 and R53, as the OEM spoiler leaves behind two small holes which can be blanked off using our spoiler blanks. For the R56, the OEM spoiler is part of the roof moulding, so a One / Cooper spoiler must be installed instead - a major change by MINI. For future orders, please, please contact us on the rare occasion that you have any issues, and we will do everything we can to correct them. Many thanks, Oli
