Delivery went missing in the post (Royal Mail error), received a very quick response via an email! Very good customer service will change to 5* when rectified. Spoke to Oli a True credit to the company.

Hi Tom, I appreciate the sentiment, however leaving a negative review in such a way has a huge impact on small businesses. Please consider only leaving feedback once an order has been delivered. As discussed on email; Royal Mail have tracked the parcel as delivered, with a photo and GPS location of delivery, which matches that of the delivery address on the order. You have advised that you haven't received the item, so I have raised an investigation with Royal Mail, who will look into the claim. I also asked if you could please speak to your post man / woman, and / or local delivery depot as soon as you can, as they will be able to advise and assist much quicker, as they are the ones who have delivered the item. Hi Ashley, Thank you for your review, however I'm sad to hear that you were underwhelmed, especially the efforts I took to ensure the order was delivered as quickly as possible, to get to you in time for a pre-booked fitting - something I advise against, until orders are received and inspected. Sunday 15/01/23 - Order placed Monday 16/01/2023 - Order shipped Tuesday 17/01/2023 - Order delivered As always, I am transparent with my replies to reviews, so for the benefit of other customers reading this, the below outlines the unfortunate issue with your order, and may explain your review; You purchased the FX250 clutch, but after shipping your order, I realised that an FX350 clutch had been sent instead. This was due to incorrect labelling by the manufacturer. However, I identified this issue the same day it was sent, and after failed attempts to get the courier to return so I could swap it, I asked you to confirm the part number of the product once it was delivered to you the following day, so I could get it resolved ASAP. Once you had confirmed the part number you received was unfortunately incorrect, I arranged a collection to return it back to Orranje, and the correct part sent out via 'Saturday Special Delivery by 1pm' to ensure it was with you before your pre-arranged fitting on the Monday. Thursday 19/01/2023 - Part number confirmed Friday 20/01/2023 - Replacement shipped Saturday 21/01/2023 - Replacement delivered Monday 23/01/2023 - Incorrect part collected As explained at the time, it was an unfortunate and genuine mistake, which I apologised profusely for. However, even though your attitude towards me was less than ideal, I continued to rectify the issue as quickly as possible for you, to ensure your appointment was not missed. We are all humans, and mistakes do happen, but I believe it is how mistakes are rectified that really shows a company's true customer service. Love the quantity and variety of products even for the first generation mini, but the payment and postal system where you input details etc is one of the worst and most frustrating I’ve ever used, to the point I almost gave up bothering with my order. But went with the excellent reviews from forums and stuck with it. I’m sure when the products arrives I’ll be delighted though. Just my personal experience and opinion. Cheers Simon

Hi Simon, Sorry you feel like that about our checkout process. Although it was made in a weekend 9+ years ago, it has done the job well, and we are often praised for how simple the site is to use compared to complex websites nowadays. Our checkout process is over a few pages rather than a single page, but we feel a separate page for your billing address, delivery address, delivery options and payment option breaks down the process into easy to complete steps. We are welcome to constructive criticism, and feel free to send over what struggles you had so we can ensure the new site is better, but we are little taken back by the negative feedback that you have left. If you had any issues during checkout, we are always available on live chat during the day to assist in any way. As your order was for a pre-order item, and has yet to leave us, if you wish to cancel for a refund we would be happy to oblige. We hope the product you have ordered will change your mind over your review, so you would be kind enough to add a few more stars. Negative reviews have a big impact on small companies such as ourselves, which is why we always go out of our way to ensure customers are happy with their experience, and hope that they will leave us positive reviews in return! Responds quick to emails but had a faulty item which with their policy meant I had to return and then asked to buy another and send the original back for refund. This is nit really on with high value items let alone the time I have wasted fitting the parts and consumables such as coolant that got wasted. I bought the airtech expansion tank for my R53 and it leaked on the seam to the neck. Have put photo’s below. This is a expensive product and very disappointed at that and the service. Did get refund through quickly once item had gone back though.

Hi James, I'm sorry you're not pleased with the returns policy. Due to an increase in fraud, where customers would claim an item as faulty, and receive a replacement but not send any item back, manufacturers now require that items are returned prior to repairing or replacing. This is a standard returns policy across the vast majority of manufacturers, especially with high value items. We understand this can sometimes be inconvenient, which is why we suggested that you purchase a new one so you could swap the faulty one out, and you would receive an immediate refund when the faulty item was returned to us. As you note, we refunded the item the minute it arrived back with us. Apologies again from both ourselves and the manufacturer for the issue with the item. Many thanks, Oli

Hi Moe, Thank you for your review, and sorry that you feel we didn't meet the requirements needed to earn a full 5 star positive review. Would you mind advising what we could have done to improve our service please? We feel there wasn't much more we could have done to get the order to you sooner, as the order was placed outside of working hours, posted the next day, and it was with you the following day. - You ordered at Tuesday 27th March at 17:58, which was past our closing time, and after the last post. - You emailed at 18:05 asking when you would receive it, and we emailed back 20 minutes later saying it would leave us the next day on a Tracked 24 service. - The order left us on Wednesday 28th March, and we sent you full tracking details. - You received your order on Thursday 29th March. We offer free UK delivery, and always use a next day service where possible to send orders, so would love to know where we fell short on providing a 5 star service. Many thanks, Oli
