Two interactions. One wrong springs sent. Second M7 scoop in carbon for £20 (since research this is probably a pricing mistake) extra failed their quality control? Appreciate the refunds but wonder if Orranje are now too big or make too much money to care about the individual consumer. Lucky them.

Hi Graham, Sorry that you feel this way. In reply to your comments; The lowering springs were supplied incorrectly, but jn the correct box by the manufacturer. We resolved this mistake quickly, with a return and full refund, as you didn't want replacements sent to you. The second order for the M7 scoop, we spotted prior to sending, so this didn't fail our quality control, as we stopped it from reaching you. We notified you straight away that the scoop was warped, and would not fit correctly, and offered options of a refund or an exchange for a similar product, as this was the last one in stock. You chose the refund, which was actioned immediately. I feel that your comments are a extremely unfair considering. We put customers ahead of profit every time, and we will do everything we can to ensure a positive experience. In response to your comment about Orranje being too big; we are a company run by a single person. Both mistakes were caused by the manufacturers, who are human too, and unlike other sellers, I do physically check every product before despatch, and do test fit items when possible, to ensure they are reaching you as I would expect them to reach me. I feel like I did everything I could in both situations, to ensure the best customer service experience. I'm sorry if you felt otherwise. Regards, Oli
