Hi Moe, Thank you for your review, and sorry that you feel we didn't meet the requirements needed to earn a full 5 star positive review. Would you mind advising what we could have done to improve our service please? We feel there wasn't much more we could have done to get the order to you sooner, as the order was placed outside of working hours, posted the next day, and it was with you the following day. - You ordered at Tuesday 27th March at 17:58, which was past our closing time, and after the last post. - You emailed at 18:05 asking when you would receive it, and we emailed back 20 minutes later saying it would leave us the next day on a Tracked 24 service. - The order left us on Wednesday 28th March, and we sent you full tracking details. - You received your order on Thursday 29th March. We offer free UK delivery, and always use a next day service where possible to send orders, so would love to know where we fell short on providing a 5 star service. Many thanks, Oli

“From looking at the website, ordering to receiving my goods, the whole process was swift and convenient. I made an unknown error with the delivery address postcode and was 'gob-smacked' to receive an email from Oli the following morning (Sunday) to check if I had made a mistake. Didn't expect anyone to be working that early on a Sunday. Overall, well impressed with the whole experience.”
