I purchased two pairs from Orthofeet; the Emma Boot and the Charlotte Slipper. The slipper was exactly what I wanted; a comfortable slipper with some support and a hard sole so I could walk outside if needed. I wear a 7.5 and purchased the 7.5; the fit was perfect. I wanted to love the Emma Boot. It's very stylish for an orthodic shoe. The inserts are a great idea to adjust the sizing to your foot exactly. It's very well made. I love that Orthofeet allows a 60 day wear test because shoes often feel comfortable within 10 minutes at the store, but the true test is actually wearing the shoe to a function and standing for hours in it. I decided to return the Emma for the following reasons: it has a very hard sole and stiff upper. It could be after 60 days of wear it would soften up, but it was uncomfortable after two. The heal is a good height, but it narrows at the base so does not provide (for me) enough stability. My ankle tends to roll and I was afraid that if I wasn't paying attention, I would twist my ankle. The included arch support are a great idea, but they are very hard. Could they be made out of rubber and not plastic? Orthofeet, if you're listening, I'd suggest a boot with a wedge that doesn't narrow in width from top to bottom. I'd guess your audience is mostly older adults who need some type of orthodic and wedges can provide height without having to balance on a narrow heal. A softer material for the arch support would also be ideal. The Orthofeet return policy is the real deal. I reboxed up my boots, took them to a UPS store and had the refund on my card before I got home. Their customer service is beyond perfection. Even though the boots didn't work for me, they are very well made and the inserts that make 1/8 adjustments are also great. That and their customer service is why I'm giving them 5 stars. I will definitely buy from them again.

Purchased Delta Waterproof boots. The D rings that hold the laces in place to lace up the boot, snapped in two. Boots were only worn four times, and now they are useless, can not be laced up. Wrote an email to Orthofeet and have not heard back. Tried to call but with their animated hold service, I keep being disconnected while waiting. I'm out 122.00 USD, and have useless boots. No support from Orthofeet. Will not ever buy from this company again, they sell junk.

The Sprint shoes are very comfortable, but the plastic trim is not durable at all. Skip buying these.

Just walked 1 mile in my new Orthofeet shoes. I don't understand why they would do such a good job on the tops and have paper thin soles, almost like a casual Ked's shoe. Typically, people with foot problems need a thicker soft cushion sole. Disappointing! Am sending them back.

Orthofeet shoes are high quality, and keep my plantar fasciitis at bay. The supplied optional insert cushions (1/8" and 1/16") help with the fit, important for buying on line. I put hundreds of miles on their Edgewater model, and while the sole showed normal and expected wear, the top still looks quite fresh. I bought a second pair. I held off from a five-star rating because a no-tie (not the same as hands-free) shoe I purchased didn't picture accurately the long shoe lace extending beyond the lock tab to flop around and hit the floor. I don't want to tuck them somewhere each time I wear the shoes. My return of those shoes went exceptionally smoothly, with no additional cost to me. I recommend the company.

I buy several pairs of ortho. Usually okay. This last pair. Workmanship terrible. 9 months not wearing daily the fabric has worn out at heels and plastic part sticking out at my heel. No fabric. Can't wear blisters. I order same size for years. I called ortho. Too bad. Sorry. You losing a good customer. Shocked how poor these were made at over 120 a pair Dropping your customers like this.

I have ordered for years and this year ordered different pairs of shoes. They have completely changed. They are shorter in length and wide is not as wide as in the past. So disappointing. I will be returning all three paid.

The quality is terrible. Canvas top of shoe is separating from the soles after what I would say would be occasional use. Expensive for poor par quality.

Is it possible for scam victims to receive their money back? Yes, if you have been a victim of a fraud from an unregulated investing platform or any other scam, you may be able to reclaim what was stolen from you, but only if you report it to the appropriate authorities. You may reclaim what you've lost with the appropriate strategy and evidence. Those in charge of these unregulated platforms would most likely try to persuade you that what happened to your money was an unfortunate occurrence when, in reality, it was a sophisticated theft. If you or someone you know has been a victim of these situations, you should know that there are resources available to assist you. Simply do a search CONTACTZATTECHRECOVERY AT GMAIL COM . It is never too late if you have the right information, your sanity can be restored.

I purchased the men's slippers for $125. The metal grommets separated from the leather. Their customer contact number does not work. I purchased the ortho feet slippers thru Amazon. Only Amazon could contact the company. Poor products horrible customer service. Beware

This review is regarding the EXTRAORDINARY!!! customer service at Orthofeet. On a Friday, I ordered sandals, then cancelled because I thought they would not arrive in time. The order was cancelled, and refund was made, but by TUESDAY, the sandals were delivered (to CA). The shipment process outpaced the cancellation, which was amazing -especially given that it was the weekend. The sandals were comfortable but not quite right for my fussy feet. So I am returning with the free shipping label being sent to me. I put them through so many hoops and they jumped through every one with flying colors. So sorry for the many twists I caused in my order but so amazed and appreciative by their stellar business practices. Thank you Orthofeet!

Purchased a pair of ortho 640. A year ago. Wore them 12 times, and then they sat in the closet. They fit great 4ww 9.5. The leather upper's turned to what I call alligator skin. I believe people pay for that look, I was not happy. Called customer service, no help, not even a discount for a new pair W/O leather uppers. Pictures below.

I purchased the Hunter boots and couldn't be more pleased. They sustain the waterproofing, are very comfortable, and have been durable. Since my satisfaction was high, I purchased a second pair to replace the first due to constant demanding by use. Previously would purchase Merril Mohab boots for years but found these boots by Orthofeet much better.
