I purchased Sandals from orthofeet in January 2025. I put them away until April to wear. I wore them 1x and noticed they had 3 big round (circle) dots on the toe of the sandal - a clear defect. Customer service refused to replace them saying they had "wear and tear". I argued that this was a defect and they should replace the one sandal. This was in the 6 month warranty policy. These shoes are expensive -- and they sent a defective product to a customer and refused to replace it. Inexcusable. Don't order from Orthofeet.

I had plantar fasciitis for over two years and nothing helped. The cortisol shots only lasted a couple weeks and were very painful. The stretches and frozen water bottles didn't work. I bought my first pair of Orthofeet sneakers (Kita) and wore them every day with the extra arch support insert. After 1 month my pain was gone. I bought another pair of sandals (Sahara) and wore them all summer, then a pair of casual shoes (Chelsea) for wearing with slacks. The sneakers squeaked after putting in the arch inserts but I put a dryer sheet between the insert and the sole and problem solved. The only bad thing is it says not to machine wash them but they come clean with some Dawn PowerWash and soft bristle brush. I will not be wearing any other shoes for fear my pain will return.

I have ordered 2 different pairs of these shoes and have been completely satisfied with both. I wear split sizes so I have to order 2 pair to get the 1 pair I can wear. I also wear an orthotic device due to Polio contracted as a child. Fortunately, I have been able to fit the right shoe over the orthotic foot attachment, allowing me to enjoy wearing shoes which do not look like combat boots. I will continue to monitor this company for additional new designs.

I needed a pair of vegan shoes years ago. They needed to be extremely wide. I'm sure glad I found Orthfeet. I bought them wider - just to be sure they were wide enough. Orthfeet have been the best shoes I've ever had. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

IF YOU HAVE FLAT FEET STEER CLEAR OF ORTHOFEET! I PURCHASED A PAIR OF TILOS SHOES AND THE ARCH SUPPORT IS LIKE A ROCK PUSHING INTO MY FEET. REQUESTED HELP FROM THE ONLINE CONTACT-US CHAT SITE. NO RESPONSE. GOT IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE OVER THE PHONE AND ASKED IF THEY COULD SEND ME A PAIR OF THE 'FLAT FEET' INSOLES AND WAS TOLD IF THE INSOLES THAT CAME WITH THE SHOE HURT MY FEET, THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO BUT RETURN THEM, EVEN THOUGH THEY ADVERTISE THAT THEY HAVE INSOLES FOR PEOPLE WITH FLAT FEET. I WANTED SO BAD TO LIKE THESE SHOES. BAD SHOES. BAD SERVICE. FALSE ADVERTISING. VERY EXPENSIVE SCAM. WISH I NEVER HEARD OF ORTHOFEET.

2 days into wearing either pair and I squish loudly when walking. Thought I was getting quality shoes but they are only for gardening now. Do not purchase! I am out quite a lot of money for something I will never again wear off my property.

These are not the shoes I ordered. I do not have a confirmation e-mail for them and have no # to identify them to return. I waited about three weeks for them and even wondered if I dreamed that I ordered them!

Don’t waste your money you can buy better shoes at Skechers. They send out defective shoes. The right shoe is missing a strap and a way to even lock it down contacted them. They said they will get back with me. Haven’t heard from them yet to trust these bastards, go somewhere else don’t waste your damn money.

Im 78 years old. I ordered a 1/2 size bigger because of a review in a pr of Taupe Boots. When I got them they were way too big. Now I need to return them. I cant get my wireless printer installed to make a shipping lable and Not sucessful at scanning a code. Already looking at returning these boots I opened my email yesterday and What in the world? A pair of Ortho Taupe Boots was just shipped to me I never ordered in the same size thats too big for me! As far as I know I was charged for both pair right but you know I would NOT order a second pair of boots in the same size if it was too big for me. Too many questions that do not pertain. It desn't say ordered on line.

I purchased two pairs from Orthofeet; the Emma Boot and the Charlotte Slipper. The slipper was exactly what I wanted; a comfortable slipper with some support and a hard sole so I could walk outside if needed. I wear a 7.5 and purchased the 7.5; the fit was perfect. I wanted to love the Emma Boot. It's very stylish for an orthodic shoe. The inserts are a great idea to adjust the sizing to your foot exactly. It's very well made. I love that Orthofeet allows a 60 day wear test because shoes often feel comfortable within 10 minutes at the store, but the true test is actually wearing the shoe to a function and standing for hours in it. I decided to return the Emma for the following reasons: it has a very hard sole and stiff upper. It could be after 60 days of wear it would soften up, but it was uncomfortable after two. The heal is a good height, but it narrows at the base so does not provide (for me) enough stability. My ankle tends to roll and I was afraid that if I wasn't paying attention, I would twist my ankle. The included arch support are a great idea, but they are very hard. Could they be made out of rubber and not plastic? Orthofeet, if you're listening, I'd suggest a boot with a wedge that doesn't narrow in width from top to bottom. I'd guess your audience is mostly older adults who need some type of orthodic and wedges can provide height without having to balance on a narrow heal. A softer material for the arch support would also be ideal. The Orthofeet return policy is the real deal. I reboxed up my boots, took them to a UPS store and had the refund on my card before I got home. Their customer service is beyond perfection. Even though the boots didn't work for me, they are very well made and the inserts that make 1/8 adjustments are also great. That and their customer service is why I'm giving them 5 stars. I will definitely buy from them again.

Purchased Delta Waterproof boots. The D rings that hold the laces in place to lace up the boot, snapped in two. Boots were only worn four times, and now they are useless, can not be laced up. Wrote an email to Orthofeet and have not heard back. Tried to call but with their animated hold service, I keep being disconnected while waiting. I'm out 122.00 USD, and have useless boots. No support from Orthofeet. Will not ever buy from this company again, they sell junk.

The Sprint shoes are very comfortable, but the plastic trim is not durable at all. Skip buying these.
