Shoes shipped on a slow boat from China, took 2.5 months, (2 pair), neither fits, returns an issue, company offers 25% and keep the shoes. Or pay shipping to return to China(unknown). Obviously, misrepresented. If you order, receive them, and are satisfied, so be it. If you need to return, FORGET IT!

Size 6E was ordered but the strap needs to be redone. It does not stretch far enough across the foot.

I'd give them a zero if it were an option. I had trouble with the ordering site and ended up making an error - I think the default is to order 2 pair. I only wanted one AND the default size was not my size. I immediately tried to contact the company. They wouldn't cancel the order. They told me I'd love them. They were many sizes too small. As soon as they arrived I tried to return them. AGAIN. THEY SAID THEY WERE THE SIZE I ORDERED AND IT WAS TOO LATE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY!!!!

The pair of Orthofeet sandals hurt my toes. Since I went pass the 60 days by a couple of days, they refused to take the sandals back and give me a credit or a refund. I was could not use the shoes since they hurt my toes and in their customer service. Will not buy shoes from them again.

I placed an order for 3 different pairs of shoes on 7/31. Tried them on right away, stood on LR rug to keep bottoms clean ( to walk back & forth just once). Two pair didn't fit correctly so contacted the company to make sure I got all instructions straight before sending (I did). Kept copies of all documentations. Bottom line: They received the shoes, it was taking way too much time for them to refund me & was tired of hearing their lame/B.S. excuses. Today is 10/3, I still have no return. My credit card company (i.e. CHASE) dropped the ball on this many times, so had major "Pow Wow" with them about client care & taking matters like these more seriously. Evidently, Chase rep. wasn't listening to me when I told him the amount of the purchase that was returned to be refunded. Fact is I wouldn't have filed a dispute if they didn't keep giving me a runaround saying "Global Bank won't release the funds. That's B.S. unless they owe the bank to much money they are just clearing out their warehouses by lying to people, get enough money in to pay off the bank and then will no doubt file for Chapter 11 & resurface as a newly named shoe company. Had a 2 hr. call with Chase reminding them that I pay my bills on time every month in FULL. This matter now has supposedly been given to their "Back Office Team" who handles matters like these that need escalated support. DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

Laces on the hands-free came untied which defeats the purpose of hands-free! I've been waiting for this for so long and I was deeply disappointed.

I have neuropathy and shoes hurt my feet till I got these shoes. They are the best shoe for my feet that I have ever had. The first pair I ordered didn’t fit, they took them back with no hassle at all and the 2nd pair fit perfectly.

I felt like I got scammed they’re horrible shoes there’s no support I’m sorry I spent $109. I just went out and got myself a pair of Hokas so much better I will never buy from ortho feet again. Their customer service was terrible.

Luckily, I was about to purchase a pair shoes sneakers for $145 and it wouldn’t take my gift card. Then I did a little research and found out why gift cards are in allowed to be used outside the United States they’re made in China so glad I didn’t make that mistake next to my gift card.

These shoes are horrible garbage. The worst part is the smell. My car still stinks from opening the package in the car outside the post office. Think finger nail polish remover meets burnt nappies. They are scratchy, stiff and ugly and the tongue part is way too narrow and twisted to be of any purpose. For the price I should have stuck to sketchers.

Absolutely garbage. DON'T BUY THEM! I wasted 135.00.they refused to give me a refund because I lost the order numbers. They are made cheaply and it shows.

The Tambor-Blue shoes will not stop squeaking. I have tried everything and these shoes are noisy and disruptive when walking. Customer service offered suggestions I had tried prior to contacting them--all suggestions were useless. I will not buy from this brand again.

I wanted the shoe to be great. I ordered them back in March. I wore the the first day I received them and got a blister but only on my left ankle. I waited for the ankle to heal up and tried them again today and the blister started again. I will not be wearing them again. I called customer service hoping to get a partial refund as I am unable to comfortably wear the shoe. I don’t feel I should have to wear a blister pad to wear the shore. The women’s 12 medium do seem wide even after adding the 2 inserts that are provided. I am very disappointed with the purchase.

Went through the endless process of getting a $15 coupond code by subscribing to texts and emails, then there is no place to enter it. No chance to change order (of %360 because some stupid app called shop swooped in and placed it for me. Impossible customer service to boot. So I will go to the trouble of returning it all because I do not want to deal with them. Have been a customer for 20 years and spend thousands on orthotic shoes ---but they have change for the worse. Everything on their site is fishing for you to make a mistake and cheat you out of more money.

Bought 4 packs of socks in men’s large (9.5-11.5), I wear a size 10 shoe. All of them were too small. Requested a return due to this issue and ended up paying $20 in “restocking fees.” Top of the return policy page says “FREE Shipping, Returns & Exchanges for purchases made on orthofeet.com only” and that’s also all over the site. Why would anyone feel the need to read all the fine print when “Free shipping, returns, and exchanges” is everywhere. Glad I could make a $20 donation.
