“My sister ordered a pair of orthofeet shoes for me. I have neuropathy and I have constant pain. I cannot find a pair of shoes that feel good on my feet. She thought these might be good for me. She ordered them. She received an email for when they would be delivered. When we got them, I found them to be a bit too small. She sent them back. I believe this was in May. We have received neither the replacement shoes, nor a refund. Their reps insist that they delivered the replacement pair. This is a lie. There has been no email informing of any delivery nor have we received the shoes. Someone is doing something wrong, and illegal at this company. My sister has been cheated out of her money and we still have no shoes. I would never trust this company again. I just want my shoes or my sisters money refunded. Rip off company in my opinion.”
“Don't trust to OrthoFeet company!!! They lie to customers about delivery time. The letter promised to deliver inside of the USA during 3 -10 days. However, it took 21 days to deliver (as they said, by FEDEX!!!!) my shoes from NJ to CA. Believe it or not, in addition to this frustration WRONG SHOES were delivered! Customer service is USELESS. Everybody understands what this is a difficult time now, especially for delivery. Why OrthoFeet cannot honestly apologize on their website to all potential customers, explaining that they are not CAPABLE to deliver in 3-10 days! To be honest with the customer - will have much better feedback, that your constant exaggeration of how OrthoFeet is great is their product and customer service. At the end of the day, OrthoFeet will lose many potential customers, and maybe this will be a lesson for the CEO - to reappoint new management and customer surface. Stop lying to customers -it will bring more success!!!! OrthoFeet online chat can't communicate with customers, a complete waste of customer's time.”
“I wanted to love the shoes that I ordered from Orthofeet (Women's "Arcadia') and couldn't wait to get them, but instead I was extremely disappointed. Their listing claimed that the fit was "true to size" so I ordered my normal size, but they were more than an inch too long and also too wide, so I didn't even stand up with them on.
Then I was even more disappointed with the return/exchange process. I did receive a return shipping label with the shoes but the instructions that came with the shoes said that I had to take the package to the shipper, which was a big problem for me as I am disabled and very high risk for Covid-19. This is exactly why I do my shopping online and have my purchases delivered to my home, and I have never encountered any retailer who required returns to be processed differently than the way they were delivered. The instructions also said that only one exchange is allowed, so I was confused as to what would happen if the next size I tried was still too big. I contacted customer service and waited at least 3 days for a reply but never heard anything from them. After receiving no response, I looked at the return instructions on the website and found that I could have them picked up by the shipper, but that I would be charged a fee, which I thought was utterly ridiculous.
Since I was certainly not going to simply throw away such an expensive pair of shoes that I couldn't even take one step in, and I was also not going to pay a fee to return them (especially since the error was not my fault as I had ordered my normal size), I finally I filled out the return slip to exchange them for a smaller size and had someone come to my home in the middle of a pandemic to pick them up and deliver them to the shipper. Now, more than a week after they received them back, there is still absolutely no indication in my account that they have even been received for exchange, and I have not heard one word from anyone at Orthofeet. My account simply says "fulfilled" and nothing else. Trying to contact them seems to be impossible and they refuse to answer my emails and on-site contacts so, at this point, it looks like my only alternative is to file a dispute with my bank to have my money refunded. Sadly, I had two more pairs picked out to purchase after trying this pair but, needless to say, I would never order anything from this company again.”
“My wife was suffering terribly from plantar fasciitis. The pain was severe and getting worse by the day. Pain medication, shoe inserts, exercises didn't help. Our doctor said there was really nothing he could do. Since her job keeps her standing and walking all day, my wife would have had to quit, or at the very least take a leave of absence, unless we could find some solution to ease her pain.
In desperation, I searched the web and stumbled upon the Orthofeet website. Frankly, I pretty much figured that the company was probably a sham ... especially when I saw the extensive list of ailments that Orthofeet claimed to be able to help. However, they offered a 60 day trial period, free shipping and a discount for new customers. With the free trial, I figured there was nothing to lose.
I ordered a pair of black leather shoes ("Lake Charles") in my wife's size and surprised her with them when they arrived a few days later. The style was somewhat plain and matronly, but they fit well and seemed very sturdily constructed. She wore them to work every day for almost two weeks before she came home one day and I noticed that the limp she had recently developed was now gone. She said her feet were much less painful. After several more days, the pain in her feet was gone. The results were way, way beyond anything that we had hoped for.
I have since bought shoes, boots and sneakers for myself. They are all comfortable and sturdy. I had occasion to return a pair of sneakers. My call to Orthofeet returns department was greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful young woman who gave me all the return instructions and sent a return shipping label. My refund was processed the very same day that USPS tracking said my package had been delivered. No muss, no fuss, no hassle.
In fact every call to OrthoFeet was handled professionally and courteously. There have been a few times when the wait was longer than I'd like (during busy call times) but mostly the calls were answered very promptly.
I highly recommend this company and their products.
