“we have bought an item from you , but have yet to receive it , even though we are getting messages saying you have tried to deliever to us , or an attempt has been made ! mmmm well if the the person has tried to deliever to us he should be the worlds no1 hide and seek champ as we have not seen or heard of anyone trying to deliever to us and we are a fishing lodge open virtually 24/7 and no one has shown on our cctv or made themselves known to our staff saying they are from the courier company ! we guess the item will show eventually , when ? who knows ?”

“Hi there, i have brought many items from your store over the years and been happy. I purchased a product fitting the description in th he add. However would appear the add was incorrect, the incorrect item was said. ..... after saying that have worked out an exchange. ... I'm tipping could be a while until i get my item, because in my mind the correct item wont be sent until the incorrect item is received in your store. .....will be about 2 and a half weeks to receive the item i ordered Rod”

“The Griffin vise was posted on line at the price of $369.99 . I paid via Visa over the phone expecting delivery within days. Otto's informed me the cost would have to be increased to approx $430. I'm disappointed as I feel I entered the sale in good faith and the sale should have been honoured. Not a good way to keep customers.”

“On the website i selected Shinto Bulk Circle Hooks. Shinto was added to my cart. What was sent and what appeared on the invoice was Instinct Circle Hooks...? If i had a choice, i wouldn't have bought Instinct Circle hooks, quality is not the same.”

“Otto's Tackle World - poor rate. 1. When I made an order , I didn't receive a confirmation email for it. I can print it only at the moment of purchase. 2. I understand that my order has been splited in two diffrent boxes, becouse of Otto's Tackle World internal roles. That cost me double fees for DHL as a custom representative company. 3. I bought my items with a deiscount because of Black Friday, but Otto's Tackle World declare a full value when shipped, again without an invoice. I paid higher Custom taxes and VAT based on that . 4. I am still waiting to receive an invoice for my order - 8 days after purchase! In general, do not reccomend this shop for online orders.”

“The order was supposed to arrive Wednesday the 16th October, still no sign of any package. Contacted shipit and they were following up and I havent heard from them for 4 days”
