“Fishing rod arrived with a damaged rod eye straight out of the packaging.”

“One of the 15 items I ordered was damaged, when told they denied I had ordered it! Well, to be fair, it was an item not on the order, as THEY substituted for another (more expensive) item. So, be aware, some items you order on the website aren't in-stock, and if they arrive damaged, be prepared to state your case. Delivery took six days, no way to state that on this survey!”

“Massive variety of stuff, have bought literally thousands of dollars worth of stuff from these guys. But honestly, get treated like you have spent 5 dollars. Asked questions regarding hight end stuff I bought and just got passive aggressive responses. If your investing massive money, then go somewhere that’s happy to look after you, because these guys don’t care at all. This was with a 13 fishing concept thx baitcaster and a premium t curve baitcast rod.”

“Ordered a mask an snorkel was called emailed the next day saying they weren’t in stock would I like a different mask I said not really when will they be back in stock . Didn’t hear anything for a week so I called an was told they could give me different mask an snorkel with fins , so I agreed they got sent out an it was a kids pack , I’m 31 everything is for a child , I emailed back saying I was sent kids package and havnt heard anything since this was 2 weeks ago”

“Disappointing to receive email days after the order to tell me no stock on hand and that shipping will be delayed. Asked if Lures would be included for the inconvenience which was agreed to but nothing was in the package. Likely to give Otto’s tackleworld a miss for future purchases.”

“I am guessing the goods will arrive to Lord Howe at some stage, but they are not there yet, which is a pity as his birthday was yesterday. You guys really need to offer Express Postage, like some other online company's do. You know I ordered some stuff from another retailer the same time as I ordered this gear and he got that 3 days after I ordered it, Sydney to Lord Howe. Feeling a bit disappointed I will tel you. chris.”

“I made an online purchase and then called to add to the order but the young guy who answered the phone confused the hell out of me. Tackle is dearer in Townsville but if I hadn’t called I would have received 2 hooks instead of 100.”

“This was my second purchase at your shop, however unlike the first time the communication and shipping was very slow this time. I had hard time to get responses from you. Also I was unhappy with additional shipping costs that you charged after I had already paid my order. I already bought from you before but I was not charged extra for shipping, this time you asked for additional shipping fee. Apologies but this time my experience was not so pleasant.”

“Not happy ...... pay for delivery makes No attempt at delivery then takes it to a post office 3km from your your house for pick up .......easier to go to a store and buy it...... now it sits at post office for weeks until I can pick it up.... really wanted it for the weekend....... if it was a $1000 tiagra I would understand but not for a $13 lure.......just stupid.”
