About Outback Equipment:

Outback Equipment was born from a couple of mates with a big idea and an even bigger love for the outdoors. What started in the back of a garage quickly moved to a warehouse corner and now, over 10 years later, we’re running our own full-scale warehouse and showroom storefront in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

We kicked off with a fascination for light bars, but it didn’t take long to realise there was a lot more gear to get excited about. Outback Equipment has since grown into one of the largest online ranges of 4x4, camping, marine, and caravanning accessories in Australia. Driven by our customers’ passion for exploring the great outdoors, we’ve expanded our space, our range, and our mission.

Whether you're planning a weekend beach trip or the big lap around Oz, getting prepped can feel like a mission. We're here to make it simple. From expert guides and part finders to trusted advice and helpful customer service, we’re your starting point for any off-grid adventure.

We only stock gear we’d use ourselves. From brands like Aussie Traveller, MSA, CampBoss, BLA, Hardkorr, Superior Engineering, Tuff Terrain and Outback Explorer. With over 250 brands on our shelves and growing, we’re proud to support fellow adventurers at every stage of their journey.

“Item as described, only difference was vents did not have a handle to turn to open (as per photo when ordered), it has a knob. Happy with product. Looks much better than our old ones that had yellowed and fan blades snapped off.”

“I have just received an Maxxfan from this company and the delivery process was good there was a small delay for supply but then it arrived promptly cant recommend more highly”

“Brought some items as presents Produce purchased several items as presents and they were great, just as they had been presented as. Only issue was that they were sent with Aramex who lost the parcel for 2 weeks so it missed gift giving. Would not recommend using Aramex to send parcels.”
