“after 40 cm of snow yesterday, the greenhouse is there and beautiful. We can't wait february for sitting in the greenhouse with auxiliary heater and with a good glass of wine. Planning the seed and plants to put in the greehouse for may.”

“I was very disappointed in how things were handled when I purchased what I wanted in 2 separate transactions. First I got the Redwood Garden Bed 8x10 and I wanted the Greenhouse Cover to go with it, however it was out of stock. So I purchased that Garden Bed with Bird Netting. When I got it it was not exactly the quality I expected. Once I was able to get it stained and coated to last Winters to come, then assembled it, with help from my Son, it was to late to plant anything for this year. Getting back to the Greenhouse Cover, that took from March until September to get and I purchased that right away in March in order to get as soon as the new covers came in. I called at least once a month, talking to several different people that it was a vendor problem, they didn't know when the Greenhouse Covers 8x10 would come in. I felt like the only reason anyone even paid attention to me was because I continued to email them to get answers. I now have the Greenhouse Cover, however because it came in so late in the season I will not even know how the will all go together because I couldn't use it this year and was not going to put it up just to look at it. So my Garden Bed sits out in the snow now waiting for Spring so that I can maybe get my garden going. I'm not sure if I would recommend this or not, price seemed fair, there were a couple problems with the instructions and there were no predrilled holes for the hardware. Also the pcs have wire on the top part of each pc., those were not really consistent in how they were put on. I am hoping I will be happier with this product as a whole once I am able to get the metal frame and Greenhouse Cover put together and finally get to work in my garden area.”

“The company was a pleasure to work with and was responsive to assist with delivery, etc. The disappointment was that the cedar container for trash cans proved not to be animal resistant at all. A bear easily ripped off the door. The staples used to hold much together, as well as the lock that is used, are somewhat flimsy. There was never any guarantee that it would be animal resistant, but it certainly was represented that it would be tougher than it proved to be. I would not make this purchase again based on our experience.”

“Overall, I had a good experience with OLT. I got the 9x6 cabana shed kit. Delivery was fast and with good communication from customer service. I built the shed by myself over several weekends. It was my first time building a shed, but assembly was pretty straightforward using the provided instructions. Quality of the materials and design is very good and the shed looks great. I would definitely recommend OLT.”

“Disappointed that all the hardware and shelving used in the picture showing all the different items that could be stored in the shed were not included. Emails about this to the company produced no results in attempts to obtain or find out what was used for the pictures of the storage. Not very classy.”

“I ordered my OLT 8x16 Garden with Deer Fence in the spring of 2023. When I emailed with pre purchase questions they were answered in a timely manner. I called with a shipping question and my call was returned very quickly.”

“Great product and company. Called customer service and all questions were answered quickly and reasonably. Ordering online was straightforward. The website provides all kinds of useful info including the correct and full instructions for the specific product as well as links to videos. Detailed instructions on the delivery process were helpful. Had an issue with a missing board and a couple of broken ones but this was addressed quickly and without hassle (just fill out the customer claim form online and you'll have the parts delivered shortly). The company cares about and stands behind its products giving me confidence that it will last.”

“The greenhouse kit I purchased through Costco is complete garbage! Half of the wood components are damaged, have cracks, and splinters, notched to the wrong dimensions, are warped, etc. Summer is almost over, so we are fixing all defects as we assemble it. Will not recommend this kit, and not for $6,000!”
