“Great product and company. Called customer service and all questions were answered quickly and reasonably. Ordering online was straightforward. The website provides all kinds of useful info including the correct and full instructions for the specific product as well as links to videos. Detailed instructions on the delivery process were helpful. Had an issue with a missing board and a couple of broken ones but this was addressed quickly and without hassle (just fill out the customer claim form online and you'll have the parts delivered shortly). The company cares about and stands behind its products giving me confidence that it will last.”

“The greenhouse kit I purchased through Costco is complete garbage! Half of the wood components are damaged, have cracks, and splinters, notched to the wrong dimensions, are warped, etc. Summer is almost over, so we are fixing all defects as we assemble it. Will not recommend this kit, and not for $6,000!”

“I ordered a garden cabana storage shed which arrived on time and was packaged well. The outcome has been very satisfying . A friend observed it and he has placed an order for a structure about three times the size - So word of mouth works.”

“Love our shed! If you’re handy it won’t take long. If you’re like us and break it up - give yourself two weeks. Instructions were great, no issues with delivery and no damage to any pieces. It’s a gorgeous shed!”

“The company is friendly and quick to respond with suggestions, but even with a professional carpenter putting it together the instructions were not clear. The shed took 2 days to put together but an entire summer of troubleshooting after to stop leaking, it felt like a full-time job. The instructions to caulk between seams were an optional tip in the miscellaneous section, so all the trim had to be removed and put back on. The poly panels didn't fit so we had to purchase more poly and cut it to fit the spots. We had to remove all the roof trim and attach flashing and recaulk, but it still didn't work. Meanwhile the wood inside is all stained now from all the leaking. There should be an option for a full metal roof. The cabana doesn't have enough windows for natural light, the studio is too big and the sunshed poly panels just leak way too much.”
