“Outdoor limited is overall excellent, however I have experienced packaging issues. My orders are always heavy, and generally, the boxes will be double strapped. The inside packing is always A+ because it has the spray foam. I always pay for the shipping insurance. Unfortunately, I have had a couple very close calls with the box coming apart, including my recent one this month (Dec 2024), because the box was not strapped and the tape was a minimal single layer. The bottom was hanging on by only the single tape down the middle of the box as the edge tape was broken. If it had not been for the foam packing, 2000 rounds of 9mm bulk ammo would have been on the ground. Bottom line comment is that all boxes should be strapped and a second layer of tape on all edges considered. If not, one of these times the shipment is going to break apart and it will be a headache for me AND Outdoor Ltd. Don't skimp at this step - everything else you are doing is great. Thank you.”
