“Product great...shipping time not so great. Chose to buy from OUTDOOR LIMITED because they claimed to have in stock,quick ship on 13th. Despite being ordered on 10th 10am took til 15th 4pm to arrive. Expected it on 13th as confirmed.”

“I had ordered ammo before the new year, but it wasn't shipped out until a week later. It was only after I sent an email about the delay that they checked and saw that my order wasn't shipped out yet. My package ended up coming in way later then I expected.”

“I’ve been an outdoor limited customer for years. But it never seems to fail that as a resident of Virginia, which is about four hours from your facility that I get and unacceptably long processing and shipping package. Then on top of that, I get this box sitting at my front door that is literally falling apart. Even my UPS driver/delivery guy comments on the poor condition of the packaging. You can actually see the boxes of ammo from the outside of the box. That is not what I want to see for my $250 purchase. Good grief.”

UPS destroyed that box. We only ship in brand new boxes that have never been used. I understand the UPS driver not wanting to be blamed but that is a bit ridiculous.

“Took longer than was portrayed to get my stuff to me. The next two problems are not on outdoor unlimited, ammo does not load well into my RAR and the box was busted up and a shell was missing out of the package.”

“Outdoor limited was fine, fast shipping. They did sell me ammo that was absolute junk so i dont know if i will be returning. Specificly: YTR 9mm Luger Ammunition YTR9MMFMJCASE 124 Grain FMJ. This stuff was seriously under powered and i think its far less than 115 grain.”

“First time I ordered from Outdoor Limited and probably my last. My order was damaged in transit and never made it to delivery. When asked if a new order could be sent out immediately, was told that Outdoor Limited had to wait for the shipment to return to them. Been 3 weeks and it isnt even back to Outdoor Limited. Poor customer service not willing to help.”

“I enjoy the site, and its great for my ammo needs, but the last time I ordered when I went to pick it up some of my order wasn't there and I was told that it was sold out. If I had been told before I got there to pick it up then I could have gotten something else, but the guy at the counter didn't give me that option.”

“Product was acceptable, price was moderate, a little less than other online dealers, but shipping was outrageous . I feel that orders over $75.00 should have free shipping. Will purchase from another dealer next time that has free shipping.”

“Ammo is fine shipping takes too long eve though it was free . Wound up with 900 dollars worth of unauthorised charges after using my credit card at ther site beware . I wont be back I'll stay with Cabelas .”

“The order arrived in a sealed, sturdy, shipping box. However, inside that shipping box the contents (six 50 round boxes of handgun ammo) were packed with less than minimal filler material. This condition caused the contents to be unsupported during the rigors of shipment. Eventually, one 50 round box broke open, spilling almost half the cartridges inside the shipping box. Three additional 50 round boxes were damaged, but did not spill their contents.”

“I really like the items but this last purchase was my 10th order and i spent the most on this order and i was not happy the way it was received . This package was opened and the shells are rolling around and out of the boxes , and this is what i am not happy with and i have not heard back from you until now . I have not opened the box yet but somone has tried to see what was in my box .”
