“Well. It's hard to give a good rating when the order was taken and then cancelled after payment was made when the primary item was out of stock and over sold. I am not likely to order again at this point.”

“Here's how my $500 order of 1,200 rounds of .45 cal arrived. I sent this photo to them so they'd know, and got this reply: Good Morning, I'm sorry about the condition of your order and your delivery process,we appreciate your input and we will do our best for your next order to be in good physical condition Best regards, Mbaye”

“Poorly packed. The boxes of shells were all banged up from not being securely packed. Two of the boxes had opened, and shells had spilled out of one. The outer box was not as heavy duty as all the other ammo shipments I have received. Sent pics to customer service but never got acknowledged. Won't be buying from them again.”

“I’ve purchased a few times from you guys and on my most recent order it looks as though the UPS driver ripped open my package and took most of the ammo. What’s disappointing to me is how this was handled, I received no updates unless I called and more importantly your policy is to make the customer wait to get their refund once you receive a check from UPS, you have my money, it would be nice to get refunded immediately and you guys get your funds once UPS issues the check. It’s been weeks now and I still haven’t gotten a refund.”

“I ordered .22 and 223. There were two damaged boxes of 223 shrink wrapped to the .22. They had to have see the damage before they packed it. There were 9 rounds that were dented and could not be used I called and wanted to send the badly dames box back and just swap it one for one. They would not do it. I had to pull out the 9 damaged out of the box and only send those in for store credit only. Again, I don’t know why they would not swap the damaged box one for one. I have sent the 9 rounds back and will have a store credit that I will have to spend more money to use the store credit. They would not even send me 9 good rounds.”

“I order ppu 5.56x45 mm blanks 4 boxes and I gotten live ammunition .380 not what I asked for. Good thing I got my money back and the item returned. I’ve never had this happened from Outdoor limited. Good thing everything is taken care of.”

“I placed an order, then my order was canceled because you didn't have the ammo I ordered online. When I called to ask why shipment was late, representative said I was sent an email of the cancelation- I never found that email.”

“Ordered 300 rounds of Armscor 220gr 300blk. Outer package arrived in good shape, but interior contents were beat up. Reached out to CS, they offered to refund the purchase. The ammo was serviceable, but most of it was loose in the box. Not worth my time and effort to return it.”
