“Only got half of my order, which is a first from the company. It’s probably just a fluke, or they ran out just as I ordered. The support team got back to me fairly quickly and is issuing a refund, though it has yet to arrive”

“The items I ordered were correct and packaged as expected. Shipping was the worst I've ever dealt with(11 days total). My package was determined to have "shipped" the day after ordering, but FEDEX did not receive it until 7 days later. Once they had possession things moved along. Outdoor Limited is only 4.25 hours from my home, I could have walked it here quicker!”

“The box was packaged poorly. Smaller boxes of rimfire ammo were just tossed in and got crushed by the bigger boxes, rounds were all over the box and I was missing rounds from the total count. Tried to contact them about it and never heard back.”

“Shipping was slower than expected. I waited nearly 5 days after the online order was placed before the items were shipped. I ordered 3 boxes of 45 long colt pistol bullets, 2 boxes of 7mm mag bullets, and 2 boxes of .410 shotgun shells. I was shorted one box of the shotgun shells. I sent an online message through my logged in account and never received a response. After spending over 1,000 bucks in the past with outdoor limited, I very disappointed that no response was received. I’m not looking for freebies or handouts, I received the high dollar items, but I was shorted a $18 box of shells which I paid for...”

“You posted a TM-22 mag which I purchased. The mags I received were different from the posted photo. I requested a return/refund. Matt sent me a return label and I sent the mags back. They were received by you on Nov 22nd. As of today, Nov 28th, I have still not received my full refund. Perhaps someone can look into that for me?”

“Whoever checked my order didnt actually look at the packing slip since i ordered 1 case of ammo, not 1 box- which is what I received. Thats a big miss and i have no real way to prove that they sent me only 1 box.”

“My order was delayed for 10 days. The box it came in was all damaged and open bottom / side. Luckily nothing was missing. No padding at the bottom of box just the top quarter.”

“Order took forever to process, then once the label was created, took them a week to get it out of their shop. It was as if the place is ran out of someone’s garage.. giving it 2 stars since I actually received my package.”
