“the magazines you send has a block after 15 rounds they are not a full 30 round magazine. you need to send me a return label to send them back so I can get credited or replace with a regular 30 round magazine. ive tried sending emails but no answer to facilitate this process”

“No confirmation email, no tracking for the package, price was a tad high, when I assumed it was a glitch that caused me to get no email/tracking after purchase I reached out to customer service. No response. Will not use this company ever again”

“Ordered 1000 rounds of .223. I only got 500 rounds of the .223. Called to ask where the other 500 rounds were. They told me that they ran out and that they forgot to refund me and a refund was the only option. The website that day said they were still in stock but the price had jumped up. Feel like they screwed me and decided they could make more money by not sending me the rounds since the price had gone up.”

“My order was lost in the shipping department. Had to call and email to see where my order was and finally after 3 weeks I received my order that was supposed to be in stock items. The items that I ordered were correct.”

“Ordered on Saturday 10/14/23. On Friday 10/20/23 I emailed the company through sales@outdoorlimited with the order number and information regarding my order. The confirmation email I had received indicated a shipping label was created but the package had not shipped. No response has been received as of 10/23/23.”

“Boxes of ammo were thrown in the shipping box separately and opened during shipping, spilling all over. After picking up the mess, I was missing a round. I had to search my yard to make sure it didn't fall out while it was carried to the door.”

“It's not Outdoor limited I gave this ammo a 2 star. The ammo doesn't cycle in a AR15 7.62. It's OK for bolt action I wouldn't recommend it for semiautomatic firearms. Had high hopes for this ammo maybe in a AK.”

“They sent out my order with half of the ammunition messing because they ran out. Which is not a big deal, but if someone would contact me about it, I would switch it to a different ammo. And now I had to pay for the shipping twice.”

“I used to buy the box of 250 50 cal rounds from you guys but you never have them in stock anymore. Quite frankly, with how things are not stocked, why should I “join” to get free shipping when there is nothing that I need that I can buy from you?!”

“2 of the boxes were torn badly and packaged that way. loose bullets were all over the box and the bottoms of the trays holding the bullets were damaged so badly they would not contain the bullet. fortunately, i had empty mags to hold most of the loose bullets. you should have taped those boxes before shipping. that kind of service sucks!”

“Ordered this ammo previously and was impressed, however this time I never received my package and am still waiting to hear back about what anyone is going to do about it. No refund offered and no backup ammo sent, so far I’ve payed for a product I never received.”

“I purchased 500 rounds of .223 ammo. It arrived in two plastic bags. One of the bags was 10 rounds short. I notified the seller, and they were not willing to send me the rounds I was missing or give me a prorated refund. The only solution they were willing to offer was a credit on my account with them. I don’t know if I will ever do business with them again, so this was not acceptable to me.”

“your add. said orders of 200. or more has free shipping, I order ammo. and primers of over 200. and you say primers not included, I add more ammo. and then the primers are not included with the order, so now I am to be happy with the order ??? Karel E. ------------------”
