“Did not receive the items that were ordered. The tracking numbers say that the label was created but never received by FedEx. I have ordered items in the past with no issues but this time I never received them. I am currently waiting on a refund.”

“Ordered this thinking it would come in a hard case. Came in 10, 50 round boxes. 7 of the 10 boxes were broken so ended up having to buy replacements cases. Packaging could’ve been prepped much better.”

“My order was canceled two days after I placed the order, with no reason provided and without trying to process payment. I have purchased from Outdoor Limited before. I was very disappointed with the customer service this time. I probably will not order from them again.”

“I recently purchased: 1 × Norma Eco Speed 22 LR Ammunition NORMA22LRECOS 24 Grain Hyper Speed Lead Free Copper Plated Flat Nose BRICK 500 Rounds The shells do not fit into my Ruger 22 LR. They get jammed in like half way while trying to load and need to be extracted using small nose pliers.”

“Very quick to charge my credit card and slow to ship. I don't believe that 5 to 6 days to ship disclaimers are reasonable. If it's taking that long you need to hire some more people in your shipping department. Instead of just overworking the one's you have and reaping in hugh profits. Maybe you could hire some disabled Vets and acutally support the patroits like you claim too.”

“Ordered two boxes of the 500 round 5.56 government overruns on February 14th. Days later Outdoor Unlimited showed it as "Shipped" when in actuality only a label had been printed and UPS tracking number established. In summary I received my order March 6th but they only sent "One" box of the ammo. I sent them pictures of the box and my order and a couple days later they agreed that my order was short and were shipping me the remaining box of ammo. I received the final shipment March 13th, one day short of one full month since ordering. So if you think one month, some emails and phone calls is satisfactory service, go for it. As for me, after dealing with outstanding service from Midway USA, Powder Valley etc. I'll probably pass on Outdoor Unlimited.”

“ammo boxes were broken , ammo all loose in the bottom of the card board box that they were shipped in had to separate and rebox them”

“First time ordering , missing ammunition. That was taking care of but when I received the rest of the order packaging was awful and three out of four boxes of ammunition were split open on the sides. Haven’t used the ammunition yet so I can’t rate the product.”

“Outrageous price for primers. It’s called price gouging. $150 for a $70 box of primers is ridiculous, but when you haven’t been able to get them for 3 years they know you’ll pay whatever just to get some.”

“The delivery Of sterling 410 ammo to my local gun store was fine but the ammo itself was bad . Most of the time when I racked The shotgun it did not feed me while other brands dead. I will never buy Sterling 410 ammo again”
