I made a purchase of pistol ammo around $280.00. The next day I see it went on sale. I called left my phone and order number stated I wanted to see if they would honor the sale price. I never received a call back

The experience was poor, not because of outdoor limited but because of the delivery service. Outdoor is trying to fix the issue but haven't heard anything in about 3 days so hopefully soon ill get my item or a full refund.

Put a decent price then ask for 20$ shipping when competitors are at 10$ shipping

Came late from UPS all boxes were damaged and some of the 38 ammo was out of the boxes lost about 10 rounds of the 22 short ammo I purchased first time this happen next time I will try Fedx

The ammo was fine and what I ordered, but when I got me email invoice it had a club membership for $100. I called multiple times for three days and no one answered. On the fourth day I left a message and a representative called me back and told me " if you would have called earlier we could have taken it off". What good is that club? You get free shipping over $100? You get free shipping over $200 anyway. It's a scam and very disappointed in this company and would not recommend to anyone.

Shipping service keeps getting worse and worse. 7 days AFTER order "label created" is the status. My company has a DAILY PICKUP from FedEx and UPS. How hard would it be to follow through???!!! Especially after I PAID for shipping. Had a customer, but i'll be moving on unless you fix the laziness in the warehouse.

Ammo wasn't packed correctly. Boxes of ammo inside the shipping box were able to move. The factory ammo boxes were beat up. One was open and rounds were actually rolling around inside the shipping box. Not to mention my order sat in North Carolina with the shipping label created for a week (they do this because they cant charge you without shipping the item so they just create the label so they can charge you.) Only reason its not one star is because they are one of the few not price gouging but I still wont be back. Sorry guys. This was my first and last transaction with Outdoor Limited.

As far as I can tell, they are selling ammo that they would have reasonable cause to know is defective. The shipment was on time, delivery smooth. Just the product is total garbage. I've been please with all my purchases prior to this, but for $268 to get absolutely nothing for your money? That's a deal breaker for me. I can't fathom why anyone would sell this ammo and destroy their repeat customer base.

Something has changed with the delivery process . I can order products from your competitors and they are here in a third of the time . It may take 3-4 days before the delivery is even scheduled. Fed Ex is the worst . UPS has a much more effective process .

Time from purchase to shipping was too long. Delivery after shipping was in the window. But they dont tell You that orders are 7 to 8 dyas delayed in shipping, especially when u purchase a full case ko picking no packing slap Label And uour good

The ammo was delayed three days by Fedex. I don't need third-party tracking if I have Fedex tracking.

They norma eco would probably be great if they didn't have so much wax or whatever it is on the shells. Can't get them to consistently eject. Using a keltec p17

Ordered large rifle primers on 1-14-23. Received small PISTOL primers on 1-19-23. Called support. No longer in stock. Requested refund. 1-26-23 received email from Josh that refund would be complete in 2-3 business days. 1-30-23 received email that order 1751171 was cancelled. 2-3-23 received email requesting a review but no refund has been put back into my account. It has been 6 business days plus 2 weekend days.

Ordered 5000 rds of Armscor 22LR hollow point. Very disappointed that 50% of these cartridges are miss fires!

Shipping was messed up. Had items listed “ in stock “ that were actually not. When my package arrived the ammo boxes inside were torn up and my ammo spilled out everywhere. Not happy with the experience from outdoor limited.

I've made 3 online purchases recently. In every instance, the boxes of ammo inside the shipping box have arrived damaged. Shipment #2 included 10 fifty-round boxes of .22 rimfire, 7 of those boxes had opened during shipment emptying the contents and damaging some boxes. Other boxes in the shipment were also damaged. The use of a single foam insert in the shipping box does NOT protect the contents of a shipping box during shipment. An Outdoor Limited rep helped with my third order of 5 boxes of .22 rimfire. I was told the boxes would be correctly packed but they were not and 3 boxes opened during shipment. Why would I make additional purchases from Outdoor Limited knowing that the items I purchased would most likely arrive damaged?
