Shipping was on time package arrived not damaged. Only issue was I paid for signature required delivery, package was left on porch with no signature. Contacted Fedex was told that signature required service was not added to shipping tried to contact Outdoor limited to no avail for the past 3 weeks have left 3 messages and no return call or email reply from anyone.

lack of communication between customers and customer service. little to no information exchange to the customer. Order program that requires the customer to cancel an transaction in order to replace the same order due to a mistake by your customer service via sending a firearm order to the WRONG FFL dealer!!

Shipping cost negated nearly half of the advertised manufacturer rebate. This latest brand of ammo purchased frequently jammed the firearm, just as the only other (different) brand of .380 ammo ordered in the past from Outdoor Limited did. Call it coincidence, but that’s two for two, and we won’t be ordering any more of your ammo, or at least not .380.

I pay $100 to be a member and get free shipping. Then you give it away on $ 200 orders which mine always exceed anyway. Kind of a bait and switch.

By the time my package arrived, it had been opened somewhere along the route and some of my product was removed and one was opened. I called customer service, who apologized and told me to return it and they would replace the items. But that was not an option for me as I can't get around much, and who's to say it won't happen again? I won't purchase from outdoor Limited again. Y'all used to be really good, but not so much now

I never received the items. I was notified by UPS they needed to contact the seller and so I called to let them know. I then was notified it was being returned to the seller.

Did not receive the items that were ordered. The tracking numbers say that the label was created but never received by FedEx. I have ordered items in the past with no issues but this time I never received them. I am currently waiting on a refund.

Ordered this thinking it would come in a hard case. Came in 10, 50 round boxes. 7 of the 10 boxes were broken so ended up having to buy replacements cases. Packaging could’ve been prepped much better.

My order was canceled two days after I placed the order, with no reason provided and without trying to process payment. I have purchased from Outdoor Limited before. I was very disappointed with the customer service this time. I probably will not order from them again.
