“They sent out my order with half of the ammunition messing because they ran out. Which is not a big deal, but if someone would contact me about it, I would switch it to a different ammo. And now I had to pay for the shipping twice.”

“I used to buy the box of 250 50 cal rounds from you guys but you never have them in stock anymore. Quite frankly, with how things are not stocked, why should I “join” to get free shipping when there is nothing that I need that I can buy from you?!”

“2 of the boxes were torn badly and packaged that way. loose bullets were all over the box and the bottoms of the trays holding the bullets were damaged so badly they would not contain the bullet. fortunately, i had empty mags to hold most of the loose bullets. you should have taped those boxes before shipping. that kind of service sucks!”

“Ordered this ammo previously and was impressed, however this time I never received my package and am still waiting to hear back about what anyone is going to do about it. No refund offered and no backup ammo sent, so far I’ve payed for a product I never received.”

“I purchased 500 rounds of .223 ammo. It arrived in two plastic bags. One of the bags was 10 rounds short. I notified the seller, and they were not willing to send me the rounds I was missing or give me a prorated refund. The only solution they were willing to offer was a credit on my account with them. I don’t know if I will ever do business with them again, so this was not acceptable to me.”

“your add. said orders of 200. or more has free shipping, I order ammo. and primers of over 200. and you say primers not included, I add more ammo. and then the primers are not included with the order, so now I am to be happy with the order ??? Karel E. ------------------”

“Shipping was on time package arrived not damaged. Only issue was I paid for signature required delivery, package was left on porch with no signature. Contacted Fedex was told that signature required service was not added to shipping tried to contact Outdoor limited to no avail for the past 3 weeks have left 3 messages and no return call or email reply from anyone.”

“lack of communication between customers and customer service. little to no information exchange to the customer. Order program that requires the customer to cancel an transaction in order to replace the same order due to a mistake by your customer service via sending a firearm order to the WRONG FFL dealer!!”

“Shipping cost negated nearly half of the advertised manufacturer rebate. This latest brand of ammo purchased frequently jammed the firearm, just as the only other (different) brand of .380 ammo ordered in the past from Outdoor Limited did. Call it coincidence, but that’s two for two, and we won’t be ordering any more of your ammo, or at least not .380.”

“By the time my package arrived, it had been opened somewhere along the route and some of my product was removed and one was opened. I called customer service, who apologized and told me to return it and they would replace the items. But that was not an option for me as I can't get around much, and who's to say it won't happen again? I won't purchase from outdoor Limited again. Y'all used to be really good, but not so much now”
